When I first tried this earpiece, it actually hurt after using it. I realized that I had the wrong size ear loop. I switched to the larger one, made all the difference. easy to use, light weight(compared to my old JawBone earpiece) and great range. I only use the answer button, don't need the second button because I adjust volume with my phone. Battery keeps up with me, at least 6 hours a day. I would buy this earpiece again.

This is the second Talk 45 I have owned. The first one I had was losing its connectivity to my phone/laptop and people said voice quality was starting to fade. Luckily, I had purchased the 2 year maintenance plan. I did try another brand but ended coming back to Jabra. This current Talk 45 works well, but I cannot get it to pair with more than one device. No matter what I try it just will not go back in to pair mode. I have had it for 2 weeks, unfortunately I had other priorities and did not make it back to the store to exchange. So for now, I continue to use with my laptop for tele/video conference calls. That is its forte It does work great for that application! The short comings is it becomes very uncomfortable if you wear for more than 3 hours at a time.
I do average about 4-5 hours on the phone and so it does bite the back of your ear after extended use. Hence the love/hate.

I ended up returning it, only because it was very uncomfortable to wear, at least for my ears. After only 1/2 hour, I'd have to remove it. The speaker size was too large, and I did try both over the ear and inside the ear supports that were included with the package. My last Jabra easy talk was much more comfortable than this model, having a smaller speaker. Too bad, because the sound quality and noise suppression was top notch.

Had been looking for a replacement for my plantronics explorer 50. This served the purpose... Light , comfortable , Five hour battery life. Good mic and adequate speaker.
The only con for me is that it is difficult to switch between the left and ear. You will have to pull out the rubber support but its manageable.

I bought this for my Android so that I could talk on the phone using hands-free Bluetooth while driving my car.
It's light in weight and for me it doesn't feel like I am wearing it much at all. It stays in place and doesn't irritate my ear. The sound is excellent and the 2 built-in microphones makes it easy for the person on the other end of the line to understand me.
It works well for giving voice commands to make calls also. It's not too big and unsightly and even has a mute button when needed.
Lastly, it cancels bothersome noise with it's noise cancellation feature. I would buy the same unit again if I ever need to.
Pricey yes but I think you get what you pay for.

Let's start this review by saying I have always only used on-the-ear bluetooths in the past. Since they no longer make the Motorola H720, I tried the Jabra - Talk 45 Bluetooth In-Ear Headset. It does fit well and did not slip when using the ear hook. The volume was ok and the fact that I could listen to music was a plus. The problem is the in-ear part is too hard and big. It hurts after wearing only for a short time. I use mine in the office for long periods of time and just could not stand the pain after just 45 minutes. I tried both ears and ear pieces. I think if they make the ear piece smaller and softer it might work better for more people. I am really disappointed in the fir of the Jabra. I returned it and I am looking for another on-ear bluetooth. What a shame.

Hello DonnyG - We are sorry to read that the Jabra Talk 45 did not meet your needs. The Talk 45 (formerly Jabra Stealth) has been a favorite for many Jabra users since it was first introduced over four years ago. Many people praise its comfortable fit, wearing style, and features. It is unfortunate that you did not have this experience. We hope that you will continue to try Jabra products in the future and we thank you for your review.

For someone with smaller ear size, this model works great. It fits great in the ear and the hook smaller for it to fit well. It is also lightweight and not weighty on the ear. The clarity in reception is very good - clear and crisp. I am rating it a 4 because it does not eliminate back ground noise to the listener as I was hoping.

Purchased as a replacement for Plantronics Voyager. Sound is ok. Fit in ear is loose. There is no way to adjust volume on ear piece. Ear gel is too easy to come off ear piece. App that goes with unit is very limited. Also too pricey. However, it is a good replacement unit

Magical Headset Cancels All Background Noise

This Jabra headset has some incredible technology baked in to eliminate background noise. This is one of the reasons I bought it. You can stand next to idling trash truck and the person you are talking to would have no idea. Jabra really uses some amazing sorcery to accomplish this. The other reason I bought it was because it can connect to my MacBook and my iPhone at the same time creating a seamless experience where I can go from a zoom call on my laptop to a phone call on my phone without having to fidget with the headset. It really makes the workday much simpler. My only complaint with the unit is that the in ear portion is a little uncomfortable after a while. With the plastic ear hook it stays put all day but because it doesn’t really fit my ear well, I have to take it off every couple of hours to give my ear a break.

I have a convertible and people usually can’t hear me that good on my wired headset but they can hear me loud and clear with this Bluetooth. Only downside is that it starts to bother my ear the more I wear it for a long time... regardless if is around my ear or inside and at times, I forget to turn it off. But I still love it... caught it on sale around Black Friday. It’s little and discreet.

My 5th blue tooth headset. I chose it because it seemed the most durable of the ones I was looking at, though it was nearly the most expensive. The 4 previous headsets broke too easy at work. This one is durable. It is NOT very comfortable though and when I frequently try to adjust it, it is too easy to press the voice command button and complete an unwanted function. Without the ear hook it feels like it will fall out at any time, with the ear hook it hurts. A rubber ear piece must be removed and the ear hook taken off and reversed to switch to the other ear. The rubber ear piece seems to be designed not to block your hearing by having a hole to let sound in and a 90 degree horn pointing into the ear canal. (which is considerate of them) but since the speaker is not in line with the ear canal, volume is less than desirable. All of the others, if I pressed the main button would play songs, this reports that you are connected and remaining talk time. Considering how much I paid for it, I guess I'm stuck with it and since it probably won't break anytime soon that could be a long while unless I loose it. OH yea, it does come with an app that apparently can help find it. Also some other features that are neat I guess but since I don't need them, I forget what they are.

These are the upper end of Bluetooth headsets and the sound quality is good. It is not as comfortable as some of the others. I can’t really leave this in my ear for more than 30 minutes as the clear portion starts to get uncomfortable. I like that I can control the phone through the headset instead of reaching for my phone.

This in-ear headset is easy to use and sounds great! It makes working from home easier by allowing me to stand and move around the room while on meetings. Four stars because it is a little uncomfortable to wear all day. Also, it ran out of power once, so I charge it in between meetings. I still recommend this earpiece.

Great call quality just wish it had ANC. Better than the newer talk 55 also. This is my second one and it works great. Battery life relatively good and ease of pairing is simple.

This device repeatedly connects and disconnects when you first turn on. Several times I've have to remove it from my phone and repair it. I had a Jabra Talk 25 for a long time and never had these issues. When connected the sound is great and it has a good battery life.

Like others have said, this Bluetooth has great sound and you can be heard very clearly!
It’s a bit pricey but worth the price! As reported, the ear piece is very hard to get seated. At first I was going to return it for that reason, but eventually I found a spot that was comfortable enough for me. So I will keep it!
