Explorer 300 arrived ready to use. Easy to set up and reliable power was delivered to all of my devices with out any problems. I plan to buy an extra solar panel for quicker recharging of battery.

With this Jackery package deal... you'll have everything you'll need to start off your trips. While there are many to choose from with abundant of options from other companies. Jackery seems to really stand out from the rest due to their many choices and superb built qualities. In today's digital world where people have laptops, drones, portable gaming devices, digital cameras, mobile phones and even portable refrigerators! I would consider this package a very solid deal and complete package to start your tripping needs. Performance overall is top notch. Quick charging from all ports, even though there aren't as much as I seen on others in the same size category. With two 100w USB-C ports, one 15w USB and a single 120v AC, it's minimal compared to others, but this package does come with its own solar charging panel making it a great deal in terms of total portability. The only downsize I found while using this, is that you have to manually press a button to activate the ports. Meaning you'll have to activate the battery than activate the port you're planning on using. It could be to preserve the battery life and such, but it's kind of annoying too. Could've made itself sensing when you connect to a port or something along that line. But it's really minor I suppose. Overall, the built quality is superb, and size is excellent. It does the job for me, but if you have a lot of devices that you like to bring along... plan accordingly. Thanks.

It gets the job done if you need any devices charged. Not made for bigger things but loved it for camping.

We got this for camping in the spring and summer but it got out to use early with all the power outages in California at the beginning of 2024. It kept it devices going while we had no power.

Great product. I like the ease of setup and how compact the solar panel is. Have used it to power my cell phone and it's great. I almost want a blackout so I can use the full capability of this generator. No fuss and no fumes! I love it.

I can charge everything while camping for a couple days. Very nice. Charges fast out of the wall. Charge is slow with the panel but it does work.

I had big expectations about this but it takes a long time to charge, even when plugged in, and it lasted just a couple of hours. I took it camping, plugged in a 50 light Christmas light and it lasted less than 3 hours. Took it back and now in search for something better.
