    Waste of time, item cannot be used for 6 or 12 month memberships. Corporate said sorry go back and return to retailer.

    for now don't buy this it is giving so many problems talking with support and so much waiting. It should have worked instantly.

    I don't know how you mess up sending codes. Ordered 3. 2 in the same couple minutes and received them in 5 minutes. ordered a third and it has been over an hour now. Calling support now...

    It’s been 1 1/2 days gotten no code and no option to refund. This is a buncha crap Best Buy, ordered it digitally to save a 1 hour drive 1 way. Sub fell off and I’m wasting xp smh Best Buy
