This Bluetooth was not what I expected it to be. It kept falling out of my ear and background noise was always picked up on the other end.

Worked OK at home but in a packed gym full of Bluetooth headphones not so good. I lost connection during every song on my playlist. I'm taking these back ASAP.

I was warned beforehand that the technology just didn't exist for truely wireless Bluetooth earphones yet. I wasn't willing to pay big money for the Apple EarPods, so I took my chances on these, against the advise of the Best Buy staff member. Luckily, this was the first time their staff was wrong. These are amazing, great quality, long battery life, and they don't slip out while I'm running or lifting weights. On top of all that, the price was well within my frugal range.

I purchased these because the AirPods 2 were out of stock at my local store. And also because I'm cheap. When they stayed connected they were great. Unfortunately the Bluetooth connection was intermittent when connected to Apple Watch. The same thing happened when on a call, on both the iPhone and watch. I liked the way they looked but due to the connection problem I returned them after 7 days.

I have tried multiple pair of truly wireless Bluetooth headphones that are far more expensive than these age none of them can hold a good quality connection and would cut out. I tried these after a recommendation and I was more than happy. The connection is flawless and the battery life is on par with other similar products (3hrs play time + 2-3 charges in the battery case). The fact that there is a USB port to charge your phone using the battery case as well is a nice touch. Would have been 5 stars if the sound quality had a little better (it's very good, but not great), and if they locked into the ear better. Still good enough that I'm buying another pair for my wife.

Hello, I purchased these Bluetooth Earphones because my wired ear phones kept sliding out due to things hitting the cord, or because my ear canal is not standard, and I like completely wire free. I had purchase their headphones and liked them, so thought why not try these. Man the Bass in these sounds amazing. Reviews I have read pretty much say the same. The sound is not tinny in anyway. I would recommend these for anyone looking for Bluetooth ear phones. The only down side is that they are a bit bulky and do not have the ability of volume control or advanced the song, you have to do that on the unit they are attached to.

Okay, so the first thing that I need to mention is that I tend to purchase audio products rather often and purchase for all catagories, wired, wireless, true wireless and so on. Out of all of them, these have been the worst. I have no clue how JAM managed to screw these up so much to the point where I was convinced that the first pair I bought were defective, but no. The second pair I bought had the SAME EXACT ISSUES that I will talk about in a bit. Issue 1: Both buds are symmetrical. Now this wouldn't be too big of an issue if their design allowed a proper fit into your ear, but the problem being that because of their design, they will ALWAYS be uncomfortable because any or all of the plastic will be pressing up against the flesh of your ear which will cause ear fatigue very quickly, so minus points for that Issue 2: The connection. Usually this is the most important part of a true wireless headset, where the connection between the two earbuds and the source device must work effectively in order to provide the truly wireless experience. . Well, they managed to screw that up as much as the design of the earbuds. Somehow, they managed to put in Bluetooth radios that so incredibly bad, that they disconnect from the audio source every 10 minutes. I was working while attempting to listen to my music and podcasts, and every time they disconnected, I had to go to my Bluetooth settings of my phone, turn it off and on, then they would reconnect. . But I had to do that every 10 minutes. It didn't matter if I had it in my right pocket, left pocket or in a chest pocket. . I'm sure that if I duct taped it to my forehead it still wouldn't have held a stable connection. And yes, this happened to BOTH of the earbud sets I purchased, exchanged and promptly returned, so it is NOT a defect, unless of course JAM Audio just happened to supply Best Buy with a bunch of defective earbuds. Issue 3: Audio quality. I can't comment too much about the audio quality because I simply couldn't listen to them long enough to make a judgement of the quality, but from what I COULD hear, they are bass heavy and muddy up the mids and highs, so think Beats level of audio 'quality' Simply put, no matter how cheap these things get, DO NOT BUY THEM. You will save yourself a lot of heartache and headache. Supposedly JAM Audio plans on launching the 'Life Free' true wireless earbuds in Fall 2019, I certainly hope they FULLY replace the Live True abominations.

I was looking for earbuds to use with my PC, Laptop, and Home Theater system. All do not have built-in Bluetooth so I have dongles and a Bluetooth receiver for these. A salesman showed me the Live True Wireless earbuds. More than I planned to spend but a cool design. I bought a set. It was a little tricky to pair each with the other for stereo but learned how to make it work. The sound quality was very good. But on the PC with a Bluetooth dongle the sound would fade in/out every few minutes. And sometimes disconnect from Bluetooth and then reconnect a minute or two later. This is not acceptable. I contacted Jam Audio and they told me these will not work with dongles or transmitters. By design they only work with devices that have embedded Bluetooth. Huh? I have returned the Live True earbuds.
