    High hopes dashed

    My wife bought me these for Christmas. I really wanted to love them, but they have so many issues. First is about half of the time I take them out of the charger they fail to sync with each other and have to keep rebooting them. Second is that the audio keeps dropping and coming back. That seems to happen most when entering crowded areas. Next is that the battery indicates 50% power and dies less than half an hour later, when battery drops suddenly from 50% to 20% , then poof, dead. They also tend to loosen in my ears when eating. Probably because the rubber covers come in three sizes, large, small and smaller. The "medium" is barely any bigger than the small. You really have to jam them in your ears to get decent sound. Soaking of sound quality, it's passable. When on the phone people say I sound like I'm in a tunnel. Overall, very disappointing.

    I was looking for earbuds to use with my PC, Laptop, and Home Theater system. All do not have built-in Bluetooth so I have dongles and a Bluetooth receiver for these. A salesman showed me the Live True Wireless earbuds. More than I planned to spend but a cool design. I bought a set. It was a little tricky to pair each with the other for stereo but learned how to make it work. The sound quality was very good. But on the PC with a Bluetooth dongle the sound would fade in/out every few minutes. And sometimes disconnect from Bluetooth and then reconnect a minute or two later. This is not acceptable. I contacted Jam Audio and they told me these will not work with dongles or transmitters. By design they only work with devices that have embedded Bluetooth. Huh? I have returned the Live True earbuds.

    While these earphones have nice sound quality and decent battery life (not great), they are not something I would recommend purchasing. They are very heavy in the ear, which isn't very noticeable, at first; however, after wearing them for extended periods of time, they become extremely fatiguing to the ear. This makes for a poor user experience due to taking them out even when still desiring to listen to music. If it matters, they also look quite funny in the ear due to their shape and size. Also, about six months after the purchase, one of the earphones failed.

    When I saw these online for 99.99, I thought this was going to be a steal. I quickly went to my local store to pick them up, and the pairing process worked very well. The construction felt premium. Listening to music on these was delightful. The sound quality was great, and there were certain sounds that I had never noticed before in my music, however this all changes when you decide to watch videos. I fired up my YouTube app and very quickly noticed a really bad latency. The video played for FOUR SECONDS BEFORE THERE WAS SOUND. This is unacceptable. Skip these for now, and wait until these are refreshed next year.

    I really wanted to like these so I ignored the obvious. First the good: Great sound, small and not cumbersome The bad: 1: The left and right markings blend in so well to the color of the headphones they are very difficult to see. 2: I run and workout in shorts with no pockets; I have nothing to keep them in when I take them out 3: and the the reason why I'm returning them; as soon as I start to sweat just a little they slide out of my ears 4: only an hour of battery life when listening to streaming music or music on my phone very disappointed

    Good headphones with bad connectivity

    I purchased these because the AirPods 2 were out of stock at my local store. And also because I’m cheap. When they stayed connected they were great. Unfortunately the Bluetooth connection was intermittent when connected to Apple Watch. The same thing happened when on a call, on both the iPhone and watch. I liked the way they looked but due to the connection problem I returned them after 7 days.

    Music quality

    Bought these at Best Buy. Thought they were a heck of a deal Compared to the Apple AirPods, or the JLAB. Went out to my car to try them on, and just after 90 seconds of listening classical, rap, rock ‘n’ roll, and country music. I found that the music quality of these headphones were horrible. So I proceeded to Walk right back into the store and return them. Can’t say much about the battery life or how well the connection is, just was not a fan at all of the music quality.

    Held onto these for the 14 day return. Was initially impress, mostly with how good the music sounded. Good bass, etc. I could hear who I was speaking to well enough, but received many complaints of echoing & tunnel sound. I can attest to this myself, noise cancelling must not be on these earbuds, because I could hear every other sound in the background but not the speaker. Returned them, really need them for communication. Your use may vary.

    The product sounds amazing, they were easy to pair with my phone and sound great. After about 3 or 4 days of use (on and off) the device has troubles staying on while listening and it would cut in and out. I would have to put them in their charging cradle and let them sit for an hour or so and then they would work again. Kind of disappointing in the end.

    The ear buds didn’t fit in my ear well enough, kept falling out. However, the sound quality is great. The buds have a whispering voice that tells me to do things (start fires, usually). They also tell me when to take a bath, shave, etc., even when they are not in. However, I would not recommend this item to anyone.

    They were ok for the most oart but over all quality of sound and sound level were just mediocre. They fell out of my ears a lot and i like to use them to bowl and at work whenI'm able. They do stay charged fairly well but for the price I'm not all that impressed.

    I had to return ear buds because one would not sink at all. We up graded to the JBL s and they work great. And all you had to due was power them up and automatically sinked to the phone. Less stress and hasel and well worth the extra money.

    The right ear doesn’t work anymore I left it on charge and then when I took them out the right ear started sounding bad and now doesn’t work anymore. I am really upset about this because I can no longer return the item . For 80 bucks I am disappointed

    I have had the higher priced ear buds and thought i would give these a shot as a low cost back up.. Well the pair easily have a decent design and sound like garbage... the bass is over powering and generally just poor sound..spend the extra 75 bucks for a better pair

    The issue that I had with this brand is that after about 3 weeks the ear bids would not sync to each other they would both connect to my phone and 2 separate devices I went through 3 pair before I went to a better brand

    The sound quality was not as advertised and I did not like the way they fit in my ears. Connecting them to my phone was always a hassle. I returned them and picked up the apple ear pods

    I got these to work out with. They wouldn’t stay in my ears! They hurt... they fell out - very difficult to pair with my cell. I would at least get the corded ones when I buy again.

    These headphones worked well when I bought them in May, 2018 (5 months) but in 5 months they already don't hold a charge for more than 30 minutes into any workout AND one of the earbuds has been cutting out after about 15-20 minutes.

    Overall the sound is great. I enjoyed them when they would actually stay in my ears. I couldn’t run with them because they would fall out no matter which way I put them. I might just have small ears but sound quality is the reason it didn’t get 1 Star

    The ear pieces were too large for my ears and fell out a few times, not able to excercise with them staying in place. The sound quality was great. Had a few issues with bouetooth connection and set up. Overall good for the price
