It was alittle confusing at first to figure out but it works great now.

Powers down after 15 mins even when plugged in, took it back.

Would not pair with PC. I do not know how it works

Low quality speaker sound for the money. I would not recommend this product unless you purchase all three speakers sizes. I returned the product.

Not a good speaker at all. Had issues connecting to my WiFi and all I wanted was for it to be a Bluetooth connection. Took it back same day.

It’s really hard to set it up . I wasn’t able to use it . The process is hard !

When I first used this speaker, it worked great. It was very easy to set up and I thought the sound was great for what I purchased it for. I just wanted a small speaker to take with me on trips or to the beach, having Alexa was a huge plus. Now I know I made sure everything worked and was set up before leaving for my trip.... Well, when I get to my first destination, NOTHING. It would not connect to my phone or play any music. I then began to realize that you probably can't use this speaker unless you have a wifi connection set up. I needed something I can use without wifi. Well, apparently that wasnt the only issue because later on when I got to my hotelroom and connected to wifi there, it still didn't work. It would not connect, even after I got both my phone and the speaker on the same network. Same for when I got back home. I keep getting the same error message about them being on two different wifi connections but they are not. I also tried resetting to the factory settings like the help suggested but that button does nothing when I press down on it. Bottom line, the speaker is nice for the $20 I spent for it (now I see why it was on sale) and I think it's a great product IF you can get it to work and having Alexa is pretty cool. Now, I will say I also had issues with keeping it on for more than 15 mins but my main concern was it not working period. I was going to try and keep it for at home use but I'm definitely returning it. I'm so frustrated with this thing.

This great little speaker sounds very nice and, once I set it up with Alexa, I really don't use Bluetooth much. It connects to my network and I am able to stream music over wifi using the jam app or -- my preference: Asking Alexa by tapping the Jam button in the middle! You can use the app to add multiple speakers and make one a right and/or left speaker.

I bought 4 of these speakers and 3 of the larger Jam Symphony speakers to set up a home speaker system. Because these smaller speakers shut off after a short time they are not useful. If this is your only speaker then you may like it. Other Negatives: No Pandora, No Google music, No 5Ghz connection, You have to get up walk over to the speaker turn it on, wait for connection, push another button before Alexa will work.

As long as you are aware this is a Push to Talk device and not Hand Free Alexa you won't be disappointed. I also contacted Amazon and Pandora will be supported on this device shortly.

if this is your only Speaker it may be good . but my self i have 5 bluetooth speakers in my life . by far this is the best sound for its size but not great for the Alexa Support. i feel that is a part that i am primary buying this for. its a push button use i should of looked into the details more. also does not support spotifi and pandora :( bummer i need my pandora . this will be a return in the end :( vary disappointing.
