The king of rollers! I haven’t used the connection part of this roller because I’m satisfied enough with every other feature. Playing contact sports like rugby and participating in Highland games is hard on my body, but having this roller at the end up the day makes the sore days after a lot less sore. It has also pushed me to stretch more and prepare myself where in the past I wouldn’t resulting in injury. JAXJOX nailed it again with the roller.
