      Here are the instructions to factory reset your right earbud:

      -Turn off your right earbud by pressing the right multifunction button for 3 seconds.
      -With your right earbud off, press and hold the right multifunction button for 6 seconds until the LED flashes green.
      -Double press the right multifunction button. The LED will flash orange and the earbud will turn off. Your earbud has now been reset.
      -When you hard reset your earbuds, you will lose any saved presets and any saved devices on the paired list. You’ll need to forget Jaybird RUN in your phone's Bluetooth device list, repair your earbuds to your Bluetooth device, See How do I pair my Jaybird RUN earbuds? and reselect your favorite preset from the Jaybird app.

    unusable, can't keep a connection. To top it off the plastic is hard on the ear wing-lets and very uncomfortable.

    Horrible connection

    The fit is very good the design is very ergonomic , but the bluetooth connection is Very bad, cut out the connection very often and the left earbud has low volumw than the right ear bud. I am a fan of jaybird since x buds to x3 and now the jaybird run made me so disappointed.

    These buds have good sound but spotty connection. The left bud will cut in and out. Also, the charging case has a tendency to open

    Very poor connection

    Previously owned the X2 and X3 and wanted a true wireless set of earbuds. The cord on the X2/3 would catch or stick to the back of my neck when I got sweaty which got annoying at times, however; they sounded great, never loss connection and fit great. When I decided to get the RUN based on my great Jaybird experience, they flat out didn't work that great at all. The fit was fine, they sounded great, but the connection was horrible. Specifically, the left earbud would drop connection, the buds sounded like the songs were being played faster, and this happened all the time. Every time I used them it would happen. I returned them thinking I got a lemon, but the second set was even worse. I returned the second set for a different brand (Jabra's).

    Terrible Connection and Uncomfortable Fit

    I was between these and airpods, and I will definitely be returning these. The connection is awful and continuously switches from the right earbud to the left earbud. The fit is extremely uncomfortable and left my ears very sore. They also disconnected from my phone multiple times, and sometimes just the right earbud would turn on and not the left and I would have to "reset" them by putting them in the case and bringing them back out. Very frustrated with this product, awful.

      Here are the Factory Reset instructions that might help resolve this problem:

      As for fit, you can mismatch the ear tips, switch between the conical and round ear tips/all size fins.

    Good Sound, Bad connection until updating firmware

    The Jaybird RUN wireless earbuds are really nice, they fit very well and sound really good. The only issue is, when I first got them, they had very bad connection issues, to the point where I was considering returning them. However, after running the v1.1.0 firmware update, the connection is much better, and the problem no longer persists. These are very solid earbuds AFTER you install the firmware, however before they can be very annoying and cumbersome to deal with. Overall, after installing the update, a good buy.

    I purchased and returned two of these due to connection and shutting off unexpectedly. I am a runner and this happened with both pairs each in less than two weeks.

    So to start things off I remember when I bought this and they were good until they stopped staying in my ear and started to lose connection from one ear to another, then the volume would go all the way to almost unheard. Was ok for a bit but had to return them

    Connectivity

    This is the 3rd true wireless earbuds I have purchased, and like the others, I will be returning these as well. Why? Connectivity issues. An hour or two after purchasing these, I went through the whole setup through the EQ in the Jaybird app, wing tips, and ear bud sizes; however, was disappointed quickly. With my phone being less than 2 feet away from me, the left ear started losing connectivity and would cut in and out of bluetooth. If it's doing this now at 2 feet, I wonder how it'll be when I'm actually using them for workouts.

    I wish I could give these a higher rating. The fit is good and the wide range of sound adjustment using the Jaybird app is great but the constant dropping of the left ear bud blue tooth connection makes the Jaybird Run almost useless.

    Connection problem to streaming decives and to the master (main) earbud. Spontanously turns off upon sweat/rain intererence during long runs.

    Paid 220 with warranty included. Have not worked properly since the forst time I used them. Connection is very spotty poor design. To much money for a faulty device. Definitely will return purchased 3 days ago. Going for the Bose!
