Plain and simple if you want wireless look no further. The Jaybird is first you! Sweat and movement are no match for this. These earbuds will not fall out. Don't be lame and buy some cheap knock off!

Unfortunately, my ears get too sweaty and I couldn't find a comfortable pairing for resting in my ears. It sounded like I could hear a little fuzzy noise during my first trial.

Significan Bluetooth Lag - Can't Get the Right Fit

I really wanted to like these ear buds, they feel like they are high quality and are very light and not bulky. However I experienced a 1-2 second lag while watching videos over a Bluetooth transmitter or on my iPhone. I updated the firmware and had the same issue. I have since purchased the Powerbeats 3, and have not experienced any lag, but feel like the JayBirds had better sound. I also had a hard time having them stay in while running hard on a treadmill and sweating. I tried all the combinations of earpieces, but no luck once I started sweating. Sounds was great, and I really liked the app for customizing the buttons and sound options, but the lag was a killer for me.

So far I have been very impressed with these ear buds. I sweat a lot when running but have had no issues with sound or the buds staying in place on 6-8 mile runs. The sound quality for the small ear bud without wires is surprisingly good.

I bought these for my girlfriend, and she's really liking it. She runs a lot, and it was hard to find something that was sweat resistant and fit her ears. Would recommend to anyone looking for something for the gym or to go running in. Sound quality is good.

Obvious these were designed by a runner...simple to use, no fuss during workouts. Still working on the fit in one ear. In addition, sweat gets in the ear, requiring a remove and reset on occasion. Not as bad as other over the ear products, but still a factor. Pros- good sound, easy app to adjust settings, good feedback on earpieces, not bulky, long charge Cons- units turn on and Bluetooth connect in the case if the case button is bumped, still working to optimize fit, sweat in ear a factor

I was extra impressed with how ultra easy these wireless headphones were to set up and synch with my iPhone bluetooth settings. Sweat-proof, water resistant, and they have a 4 hour play time! Within under 1 minute out of the box I was playing my own tunes and had my earbuds synched up to my bluetooth on my iphone. Great sound and cool charging case - 4 hours of battery play time but a case that keeps 8 hrs of charge too! These earbuds are the best I have owned. They never fall out during long runs no matter how much I sweat. They have great sound quality you can adjust via their app. You can only use the right earbud as a Bluetooth headphone during phone calls but, anyone I talk to can hear me great. They have good battery life. I would highly recommend these.

Right out of the box the left ear bud would not pair. This seems to be a common issue that is only solved by getting a replacement set. The customer service took over a week to get back to me and took weeks to send me a new pair. Once I got the new pair with everything working they weren't bad. I like the pill carrying case/charger. It's nice to not always have to remember to charge them. They provide a lot of different options for ear pieces to get the right fit. They seal well in the ear to provide some noise blocking. Sound is good. Using voice commands and taking calls work great. I've been told I sound better using them than using the microphone on the phone. They stay in pretty well. Too much activity and too much sweat will cause them to fall out. Typical workouts are fine though. I can run 25min with out them falling but with the sweat they probably would if running longer. They are comfortable and not too heavy. I'd rather run with these type of buds than the horse collar ones.

This set of earbuds came with the most complete set of adapters I have ever seen. I am sure Mr. Spock would be pleased to be able to get a secure fit with one of the many adapters. For me, I found them very comfortable to ware. Not the longest battery life (about 3.5 hours) but I love that there are no wires. All wired head sets always get uncomfortable when the wire gets caught up on my sweaty skin causing them to pop out of my ears. I did notice that the volume was not super loud but I was able to enjoy my tunes while out and about. The case is great as it charges the buds when they are in it.

These are pretty nifty headphones. Fit in really well, and have a premium sound similar to headphones twice the price. My only issue is if you watch a video source such as YouTube or streaming service of your choice, the audio doesn't sync with lips (I wasn't able to figure out a way to sync, at any rate). Not a huge mark against it, since they are aimed at being exercise headphones, and they do that really well. After a nice jog, my headphones didn't fall out because of sweat, and being true wireless, there was NO neck collar piece flopping about! :) Great set of accessories. Case gives you an addition 8 hours of playback, so you get the 12 hours advertised.

Fell in love with Jaybirds Freedoms then the X3. Took a leap with getting truely wireless headphones from them a day after they were realeased. Im satisfied with the price compared to their competitors around them as well as not being disapointed with the quality of sound coming from the both of them. Only problem I have is that the right headphone connects just fine but the left side gives me problems trying to connect and stay connected if you put your phone just a few feet away, lets say your front pocket. Other than that they are comfortable and they DO stay in your ears while running and drenching in sweat! Worth the buy but if you're intimidated from this review then get the X3! 5 stars if they fix the connection issue ive had.

Have used for a little over a few weeks now before writing this review. Sound quality is good and the ear buds mainly stay in the ear during use. The biggest concern is the lack of battery life. Basically get about two and half hours of continuous usage before the earbuds lose battery life. Also tried using while driving and quality was poor as there was a continuous humming and intermittent lose of conversation. They seem to be pretty durable, comes with a nice durable storage case and protective case for the storage case and sweat definitely does not effect their performance at all. Was excited to get this product as the reviews we read were really good. If you use for longer workout periods or cannot charge the device as often as you would like (everyday) this is not the product for you.

I was skeptical about going completely untethered, but these earbuds really stay in, even when I'm sweating like coal shoveler on a steamboat in July. I sweat profusely during my workouts, which would make you think I'm a solid rock by now, but that is not the case, but you're here about Jaybirds, not my failing fitness goals. The Jaybird Runs work great, and realistically up to about 5 1/2 hours nonstop. That's 5 albums, or 1/25 of an audio Stephen King novel! The charger gets them bak up to 100% from 0% in about 45-60 minutes. My only gripe is that you can only choose either volume or play/pause function for the buttons. PRO: Look like a pudgy cyborg in the gym. CON: Reaching into your pocket to change the volume.

I sweat when I work out. I sweat a LOT and I was therefore very eager to see how these headphones would stay in my ear! I can happily report that these stayed in my ear through exercise and even through a whole slew of yard work activities - which made the chore a lot more bearable as I rocked out without wires all over the place! As far as audio quality? Yet again, I was very satisfied with the level of output these produced for ear buds. Paired with a noise isolation effect with the fit of the buds, the sound had a good punch to the bass and reached across the frequency spectrum for a very positive listening experience. Another positive experience I had was commuting with these. It is the first pair I've used that didn't have some type of wire of even base that went around the neck - and that feeling was incredibly cool. I take a train every day to work for almost 3 hours a day, and there are 2 important tests that what I use has to pass: 1) Comfortable enough that I can tilt my head and be comfortable in the very uncomfortable seat. No wires? No base? Pass! 2) The noise cancelling/isolation abilities. I don't want to hear other commuters and I don't want to bother other commuters with what I'm listening to (I can have a tendency to listen to stuff at higher volumes than most). Again, this passed as the noise isolation blocked other people out and I was able to listen at great volumes without bothering anyone else! The only drawbacks, which is why I didn't give this a full 5 star rating, were noticing some slight low-mid distortion on certain tunes (some music just is mixed in a way that'll cause this on most headphones), and on an iPhone 6 there were delays between the video and sound syncing up. Other than that though, the battery life was good (not exceptional) - but pretty much what I expect out of wireless headsets at this point. Other than that though, this is a fantastic product - especially for those looking for a good fit and rocking sound while engaging in activity! I would definitely recommend it to people and I'm very happy with the performance overall!

    Very poor connection

Previously owned the X2 and X3 and wanted a true wireless set of earbuds. The cord on the X2/3 would catch or stick to the back of my neck when I got sweaty which got annoying at times, however; they sounded great, never loss connection and fit great. When I decided to get the RUN based on my great Jaybird experience, they flat out didn't work that great at all. The fit was fine, they sounded great, but the connection was horrible. Specifically, the left earbud would drop connection, the buds sounded like the songs were being played faster, and this happened all the time. Every time I used them it would happen. I returned them thinking I got a lemon, but the second set was even worse. I returned the second set for a different brand (Jabra's).

I own quite a few pairs of bluetooth headphone/earbuds. These impressed me right out of the box. The moment I opened the packaging I could tell these were going to be nice. They seemed to have put a very high attention to detail into this product. The earbuds come inside a small charging case about the size of a large egg. When I opened the case I immediately heard a voice telling me the charge status and directions on how to pair. A few clicks on the iPhone and I was in business. For the size, the sound is impressively clear and rich. Remember these aren't meant to be studio headsets they're designed for exercise. They claim to be sweat and dust proof and have a decent IP rating. I've ruined more than one set of sweat proof headsets before so I'll have to wait and see how these hold up over the long haul. Also because they're in-the-ear I don't get as hot as I do with my over-the-ear headsets. The earbuds come with different size silicone attachments to custom fit to your unique fit and comfort. So far I'ven't had one fall out yet but after wearing them for a few hours my ear did start to get a little irritated, but what do you expect? Controls on the actual earbuds are a bit difficult but I found that I can get around that by using my apple watch. As far as phone calls I find that only the right ear sends audio, a shortcoming, but not necessarily a deal breaker. Other reviews I read spoke of poor connections and dropped signals. I can happily report that with my phone in the center of my house I was able to go into the far reaches without signal loss. All in all the sound is quite good, there are no wires to get hung up or flop around on the back of my head, and the battery life is excellent. I would give these 4.5 stars with small knocks for the controls and phone call issues I already mentioned. If you exercise regularly you should really consider investing in these as a wireless option.

I run in these. They are called "Run", after all. The left earbud goes out all the time. There doesn't seem to be a great fitting earpiece. The battery life is okay. The size is nice. The sound is pretty good. They have completely gone out on me once and the left has completely died 3 times. They have been on 10-15 runs. Samsung has a better earbud with the icon.

I've used my JayBird Run headphones about 5 times. I took time in the beginning to play around with the different ear tips and wings to get the best fit. I recommend you do this up front. It is true what the brand says: getting the best fit is important for comfort and sound quality. I am still not sure if my combination is the best. Overall I like these headphones. I wear them when running. I sweat a lot, and there earbuds have stayed in my ears with little repositioning needed. They easily connect to my iPhone Xs. Sound quality is just ok so far. I will continue to play with the fit. As well as the EQ app which allows you to control the balance.
