    Great sound quality, the charge is fast and slow drain. The only thing that I do not like and why I did not give 5 stars is they hurt my ears being in for 15min. I am pretty sure it is the shape of my ear.

    I had to try out the different ear pieces included, but after finding the right fit for my ears these headphones are perfect for running. The Jaybird app lets you customize the sound, and I'd highly recommend trying that out. They sound much better after customization

    Spent a good amount on these and was disappointed that I had to twist and shove these to get them to stay in my ear. Even switching different ear bud sizes it didn't matter. They kept falling out. The sound was good and features on the headphones were good but they just were a poor fit and kept falling out.

    This was my first foray into wireless ear buds. I have never had a set of earbuds before that stayed in, so I was worried about these falling out too. They are surprisingly comfortable and the soft retainers hold them in place very well. I have not had any trouble with them falling out. The sound quality is very good. I don't listen to music often, mostly use them for phone calls or podcasts, but I can hear well and it is clear and understandable. The audio quality from my end seems to be very good too because I have not had any complaints from those I have been talking to.

    left won't hold BT with right ear, fit and sound are good if they worked as designed, going back, have two sets of their x3 love them, went through the TS procedures on the support page didn't work.
