    Great sound, easy to connect, ear tips are meh

    I like the X4 at least as much as my previous X3 except the ear tips. unfortunately, Jaybird took a different direction and missed the mark. The ear tip selection is now less functional as they do not stay in the ear and are less comfortable than the tips included with my X3. X4 have great sound and connect effortlessly to my PIxel2. Bring back the old tips and you get 5 stars

    These buds are incredible. The sound is great and the bass is popping! They are good at cancelling out external noise such as at the gym and they don't fall out. The battery charges quickly and last long enough for a long gym session. The waterproof feature means I can sweat these out without worrying that it'll damage them and I can rinse them after each use.

    I was a little underwhelmed when I first used these, the sound was just a bit too flat for my liking. But after I began to play with the app and equalizer, I am very pleased with the sound quality. The fit is nice, the cord management is helpful. I haven't tested the water resistance, but it feels good knowing that these have an improved IPX rating.

    I got these after giving my Bose Soundsports to my wife. I absolutely LOVE these earbuds. They stay in my ear perfectly, are very comfortable, and have excellent sound quality. I've found them great for the gym, and they stay in much better than my Soundsport. This was easily the best electronics purchase I made this year.

    I used the X3's and were greatly disappointed (they didn't even last 2 weeks), was sent some more and they came out of the box and wouldn't charge. But the fit of the X4's are good, but after a while they tend to be uncomfortable. Sweat and waterproof are a great addition, and the sound is and upgrade over the previous model. But for budget earbuds the X4's are pretty good

    Great workout ear buds

    I bought these for working out because fo thier water/sweatproofing. They also have a long battery life. They connect easily and the only problem connecting is with my Garmin watch. I am not sure if that is a watch or Jaybird issue. They fit well and cut out outside noise be careful running with these you may not hear cars approaching.

    Hollow sound

    I purchased these after reading very favorable reviews. The sound for these was very hollow, even after adjusting via the equalizer in the app. They do fit nicely in the ear and are quite light, but the sound did not compare to the wired Apple ear buds I was trying to replace. I returned these for the Bose Soundsport Wireless headphones which were much better for me in terms of sound.

    Wanted earbuds with decent sound to use in the gym so I figured Powerbeats 3 would be the best because of them being owned by apple now. WRONG! They started malfunctioning after heavy use and sweat ofcourse so I had to return them. Picked up these Jaybirds and they sounds SOOO much better than the powerbeats and were cheaper too. Jaybird all the way!

    This is my third pair of Jaybirds and so far I can definitely say their quality as a company is improving. The battery life is excellent. The only downside is that the call quality is very spotty. Half the time the other person can not hear me. But if you only care to use these to supplement your other fitness equipment then these are great.

    Was pleasantly surprised by the rich, full-bodied sound and the power—not to be confused with volume—that pumps through these buds. Spotify Premium member here who loves trance, dance, and electronic music. Where other buds may fall short, the X4 makes up for it by offering an immersive sonic experience complete with premium bass performance.

    First Jaybird product I ever purchased or used. x4 headphones has a feel of good quality. The sound is great, but it takes some doing to adjust the buds to your ear. If you don’t get the proper fitting, the great rich sound will not be there. The equalizer app is a must too; or the sound will be flat. Once equalizer & earbuds are perfectly adjusted, it has a GREAT rich sound!

    These headsets sounded great and stayed on during all workouts. They stick out from your ear but don't feel obtrusive. Doesn't last 6hrs and wish it had magnets to hold around your neck when not using. Otherwise you can clip to the back of your shirt. Clip works but felt like you can lose them easily. Overall best headset I've found. Bose app not very useful.

    Sadly couldn’t tell the different between the x3 and x4 but an upgrades an upgrade it looks better fits better can’t say sounds but battery life gud and everything else pretty much the same Other than the new colors over all not a bad pickup especially with the prices u end up paying for some of these other brands jay bird does it right and efficient

    I wanted to love the Jaybird X4 but I decided not to keep the headset because I thought the headset lacked a lot of bass. I fiddled with my phone's EQ, downloaded the Jaybird app to try add more bass but to no success. Other than that, the earbuds fit my ears well and I didn't get tired of wearing them in the short time I had them.

    If you have the X3's don't bother but otherwise these are the X3's with everything slightly improved plus waterproofing. They're great. I originally tried the Tarahs, which seemed just as steller but the angle of the buds made for a disappointing experience for me. I also enjoy the foam buds more than the rubber gel kind (the X4's offer both).

    These are my new best friend when working out in the gym. Personally, they are better than AirPods when working out. They are sweat and water proof. They also create a comfortable seal around your ear canal for better music listening, blocks outside noise and prevents music leaking. Battery lasts 14 hours which is amazing.

    I would highly recommend these to anyone looking for headphones to wear while working out. They stay in well, sound great, and you can customize the EQ on their app. I have no issues with the range. I can leave my phone playing music in my locker and hear it all throughout the gym.

    On my second pair of headphones, had the first pair for 4 years and the battery finally went. Used them for hard workouts 4-5 days awake and never had a problem. Highly recommend them if youre planning on abusing your wireless headphones. Before these I had a pair of beats wireless headphones and had them for a month before they broke

    I purchased this headset 11 days ago and now it doesn't power on. Even when connected to the charging cable, it doesn't indicated that it's being charged. I read previous reviews from users experiencing this same issue, but didn't really expect it to happen. I'll be returning the defective headset back to Best Buy for a refund.

      Please try these troubleshooting steps that can help to resolve the issue of your headset's battery:

      -Computers are the best and safest method, as is anything 1 AMP or less.
      -Car chargers produce a much greater power supply and should be avoided.
      -Over-charging the battery will quickly reduce the life of the headphones, so in addition to monitoring the power supply, limit the charge time to 2.5 hours,
      -To get the most out of your battery it is recommended to charge the buds when the low battery status is indicated.
      -Avoid charging your headphones after exposure to sweat.
      -Make sure charging port/cradle is clear of any debris.

    Sounds Great, Many Features.

    First off, these headphones sound great! Especially when you pair them with the app. I use these while at the gym and they work pretty well. The inline controls work well with my iPhone and the mic sounds good if I use bit with the phone. The wings hold the earpieces in place when I'm running. Overall these are a good product, sound great and work well!
