What the heck is wrong with you people? I didn't order or pay for "used open box!" My item was conspicuously soiled and smelled of horrible fragrance. Then I call your faux tech support on hold about 35 minutes, cannot understand them. I 'm saying "what" so many times they hung up on me! Should be MINUS 5 STARS!
