    May seem like a bargain but buy another brand

    Worst soundbar ever. Bought at best buy and within 4 months it refused to turn on no matter what. Contacted JBL and they must have this happen a lot because they immediately said send it back and we’ll send you a new one. The new one’s been hooked up less than 3 weeks and is doing the exact same thing

    Designed for a small room

    It only has 2 speakers that throw sound toward the front viewers . Its not all around . Maybe for a small room. Not for a living room. Doesnt sound well with high cielings.

    Connected to my 70” w/ HDMI cord. Sound is so quiet I thought it was broken. Cant hear anything unless its maxed out. Definitely returning.

      We appreciate you taking the time to provide us with your feedback. Here are some troubleshooting steps that can help isolate the issue with your JBL Bar 2.0. First, use an HDMI cable and connect it to the soundbar's HDMI OUT, going to the TV's HDMI ARC. Please check that your TV has an HDMI ARC because if it doesn't, we can't use this connection. Next, set your TV's audio output or speaker settings to > HDMI ARC, Receiver/HDMI, Audio System, or switch the TV speakers to off and make sure you are on the TV source, this is done by selecting the TV button on your JBL remote. It will prioritize your HDMI connection and the TV will send the signal to the soundbar to play audio with the help of the ARC connection. Please know that any sources you have on the TV such as TV apps, DVD players, cable boxes, consoles, and others that are plugged into the TV's HDMI IN will play the video and audio will be sent via the HDMI cable to the soundbar. Lastly, reset, turn on the soundbar, and on the soundbar's top panel buttons press and hold the power and source buttons until the soundbar powers off. It will then be on standby after that power on the soundbar and test it.     Sound quality is poor not as good as I thought it should sound. There’s no controls to adjust anything on the sound bar the sound is what it is. If i didn’t tear the box up it would go back

      We appreciate your feedback. Our JBL Bar 2.0 All-in-one has controls and indicators where you can decrease or increase the volume, you may press and hold the volume +/- to decrease or increase the volume continuously. Also. it has an audio sync where you can synchronize audio and video to make sure that no delay is heard from your video content. To enable this, on the remote control, press and hold the TV. Once ready, the status indicator scrolls white, and within five seconds, press + or - on the remote control to adjust the audio delay and match with the video after that, the status indicator scrolls to show the change range. Aside from that, it has smart mode enabled by default, where EQ settings and JBL Surround Sound are applied for rich sound effects.     Thisbis an ok item if u dont csre for that much or if u just want to minorly upgrade your TV speaker. But thisbis as basic as it gets.

    Wont connect to my tv

    It works via bluetooth but I bought so I could connect it to my tv but it doesn’t work. Its all muted

    Didn’t work so had to take it back. But, had no trouble get my refund back from Best Buy.

    This unit I bought from an open box at Best buy and seems to have a defect. It cuts in and out while listening to TV and movies

    Going to return to store

    Over the past 1 week of ownership, I have had to “reset” the TV and soundbar 2 different times by unplugging them from power. Prior to the soundbar, I had to reset my Sony TV exactly ZERO times in the past 3 years.

    Great sound for the size! Heavy, detailed bass even with no subwoofer and articulate high and high-mid frequencies. Bluetooth connectivity and permanence was solid and hasn't given any trouble since hooking up to TV!
