I expected better

This thing has half the volume capability of my 12 year old sound bar that i got for $100 on clearance (TOSHIBA). While the low end is nice, and is the reason we wanted to replace our old bar (sub died), I will be returning bc the high end is way too quiet. Dialogue is very very clear, though, if thats an issue for you. I will say, a much smaller room (10x12) made it sound better than in my (slightly) larger living room, but that isnt what i wanted it for. Even on sale ($120) its not worth the price. Id rather buy a jbl charge and link the bluetooth to my tv.

The only issue I have with it is it will randomly not have volume when I turn on the TV. I have to unplug the power cord and let the TV disconnect and then plug it back in and it starts working fine. Happens about every 2 weeks.

Great sound for size

If you are using it in a quiet location like a bedroom or even living room it should be fine.

A good soundbar for a low price -- a great bargain

No. Does this soundbar sound better than the TV speakers? A resounding yes! It does what it's supposed to do with no effort. And it didn't cost much. A great improvement to the sound of the (secondary) TV.
