As soon as I walked in a young man asked if he could help me. That sounded great to me as I know little to nothing about sound bars. He ask my price range and then proceeded to show me several and explained the different features of each one. We found one that he thought would be the best for my needs and price range. He then explained how simple it would be for me to hook it up. I made the purchase, thanked him and went home and hooked it up. A very nice experience.
