As someone who is hard of hearing and wears hearing aids, I would even go so far as to say this was a great investment as it improves my entertainment experience dramatically. I will always use subtitles, but I’ve found myself being able to pay less attention to them since getting this sound bar. It’s got fantastic bass as well should you want to connect your phone and play music!

I have a Bose surround audio system fot my primary viewing. While this soundbar can't match the Bose, It's still pretty doggoned good..and beats TV speakers alone by a huge margin. I'm very happy with my purchase and the Geek Squad installation. I would never have gotten it installed correctly myself.

They r so Patient and really work with me Chris wade the manager was very helpful and kind i brought back the TVs I purchased 3 times I really feel the fourth time is going to be the charm started at 300.00 up to 2000 lol love Best Buy! O the sound bar rocks lol

I needed a basic one for my bedroom TV. The associate recommended this one. Hooking it up was a breeze! However I did not like the deep bass sound that kept thumping in the background. Sometimes it was hard to hear over the low thumping background noise. I was disappointed and returned it. Ended up getting one that was 1/2 the price and couldn't be happier!

It was installed by a Totaltech employee. The sound is better than the TV alone, but the bass is too prominent. Frequently there is a low thumping in the background that has no noticeable relationship to the sound. I am disappointed and would not recommend it.
