I'd love more base, but it wasn't important in the room it went into. It does a great job with dialog in movies and is good with music. I'm really happy with it.

We did not need the soundbar because the tvs had great volume. I tried to return it a few days after the 15th day to find out Best Buy only has a 15 day return policy. We only buy our tvs there so now stuck with a gift card until we need a new tv. We have such q bad taste regarding this policy may no longer buy anything frim Best Buy. It should be disclosed clearly at time of purchase.

I’d say my JBL bluetooth speakers the Charge 4 and Extreme 2 connect to my TV has better audio quality than this. If you really want a entry-level quality sound I recommend getting the 3.1 sorround system with subwoofer.

Not up to par as Sonos but better than other brands on the market. No treble or bass function so you have no options on the tine

It has far too much bass in the sound and the dialog from the TV doesn"t sound real. You constantly hear a low rumble in the background. Bite the bullet and step up to the Bose 700.

You get what you pay for!

There's supposed to be a built in amp but there's hardly any umph behind the audio it produces. When in bluetooth mode and I'm streaming music...the sound really isn't as loud as I was hoping it would be. I guess we just expected more from JBL...wish we would of spent a little extra money and went with a larger home theater system. The soundbar definitely is better than the speakers that came stock in the TV we just purchased. I'd rate this JBL soundbar as average. I suppose the audio quality matches the low price, lol.
