Turn off other radios on Source Device (Wi-Fi, NFC, GPS, etc.). Make sure there is line-of-sight between Source Device and Product. Test with alternative Source Device. Greatly disappointed with sound, I’m actually in awe of how cheap this sounds, I’m only keeping it because it’s in the spare room and even hooked up with optical cable (tos-link)

I think this speaker would only be good for a smaller room with an older TV. In fairness, one of the previous reviews said that, but I didn't read the reviews before my purchase which was based purely on price.
