Please try to power cycle the soundbar by unplugging it for 30 seconds, then plugging it back into a power source. To isolate if it's a power-related issue, try plugging the power cord of the soundbar into a different outlet. Check if there's any damage on the power cord, or try switching the power cord of the soundbar and the subwoofer to see if the issue continues.
