He explained how to use the equipment & showed us. He was efficient & cleaned up all the boxes & packing materials. He’s a very good employee for Best Buy.

Reading the other reviews here I thought I would be wow'd by the bass this unit puts out. But, I am not. Bass is ok, there's a lot of port noise. I wouldn't buy it again, I'd try another brand or system.

Works Ok with music but terrible sound when watching normal tv. Would be much better if you could adjust eq or any other settings besides sub level.

Still have issues with voices vs loud excitement music or combat blast low to high and then cannot hear unless volume is turned back up.

I didn't see the set up, but he sure was happy!!! He had a second on and said he'll put that out outside in the garage!

Two faulty units

The first one had a faulty optical port and the second would not pair with the subwoofer. I decided to purchase the JBL 5.1, which sounded good but the bass was too powerful for my small apartment. There are only three settings for the woofer: low, medium, and high. I decided to get a Samsung Q850T, which is significantly more expensive but has a separate volume button for the woofer.
