I bought this product to replace an older Sony brand… To me, this soundbar lacked that “it” factor and the subwoofer left much to be desired… could barely noticed the difference between the three pre-set settings of low, mid, and high… also to note, I had difficulty pairing the subwoofer, and needed to google how to do so to make sure i was doing it right… come to find out, many others had the same issue, but learned that you need to unplug them both for a few minutes, then plug up to turn on the subwoofer first, and then the soundbar… it then worked for me.

Worked fine until it didn’t - sound barely works

We have the system turned all the way up and its still not loud enough. Tried all different troubleshooting ways to adjust in hopes it would change. Sucks spending so mucu money on a soundbar for it to quit projecting sound
