For reference I own a variety of both sound bars and full surround setups in my home. I promise you this is not to toot my tech horn. That said my main surround is made up of 7.2 with Def Tech, Polk, Denon, and Klipsch products and and sounds as you would think. I also have a small Bose SB on an ancillary TV as well as a pair of JBL studio monitors on my turntable. Try as I may, none of them compares to the JBL 2.1 SB/Sub combo, which I use as my PC speakers. Music just sounds way better and the bottom end is somehow just perfect. Rich, detailed and silky smooth highs. Couldn't recommend it enough. Great job JBL. Cheers!

Great sound and awesome price point! Easy to place due to slick design! Good base and clear tweeters. The whole room fills up with perfect audio.

I set up the sound bar and sub with out Bluetooth connection issues and able to connect right away. I played a few songs to try out the quality. The sound bar is extremely loud over powering the subwoofer entirely. No matter how loud I turn it up the sound bar beats the subwoofer. The base does not produce the quality of this listed price. I am packing it up and returning it in less then 24 hours. Disappoint..

I bought this system 6 months ago and i was just watching a movie and the sound bar shut off out of the blue and wont power back up at all not good quality 300 bucks down the drain i hope they can rectify. This the system has been in my living room since day 1 not impressed at all

Was great when it worked. Sub went out after a year and JBL was zero help. Told me to get it checked in Maryland. I live in Illinois. 3.1 sub crapped out after a year as well. Can’t buy just a replacement sub I was told.

I returned this because of muddy, unadjustable sound. There is no eq to tailor the sound.

Port quality wasn’t impressed. It’s worth spending a little more money for far bette rosins

Could not get this to work without interfering with my new TV. Tried a second one. No luck. Customer service was nonexistent. Retuned the soundbar. Got a refund.

Just sounds loud. No defintion. Went back to my samsung soundbar i bought over 3 years ago. If its not broke dont fix it. Not ideal for apartment.

This product was worth every penny. I can play it during a movie or whenever I want to dance around in my room. It hits the perfect beat every time. I literally bout 3 of them for all 3 rooms in my house. I’m about to buy one more for my 4th room. Then I will be all set

I was looking for a soundbar unit. I picked this unit as it was in my budget. It sounds great as I know JBL products are good for their designs and good sound. The subwoofer sounds great when I turned up the volume.

Excellent sound quality and bass, especially at the black Friday price point I got it for. Highly recommend, you will not be disappointed.

Best Buy had this item conveniently placed at the front of the store. Turned out to be a faulty item, subwoofer does not work.

doesnt work will be returning it we are out of town and will after Christmas

Amazing! I bought a insignia 2.1 sound bar and sun and it was horrible! I returned it immediately and bought this, and that was the best move ever! It immediately connected to my tv, and the sound is amazing! The highs, kids, and yes the lows! This 6,5” sub thumps! It only has a few settings but it’s tuned perfectly and that’s all it needs! Great bang for your buck!

Excellent sound quality for voice and sound effects. Bass is adequate without being overpowering the dialog.

Sound is amazing and clear, the subwoofer gives a lot of bass makes you think you’re in a movie theater.
