Excellent sound. Easy to install. Got it on sale for a great price

Don't like it and will not purchase that name brand ever again!

Too much & no definition...I could hear the words clearly.

The sound is pretty good but not as good as I hoped. Low volume is very good but the higher the volume the lower the quality of the sound. Also can't go as high of volume as I would like on some streaming service or programs, but overall I think I got what I paid for.

I've had this sound bar for almost 3 years and I can say with confidence that I am pleased with this purchase and the performance of this unit. It could be better with the midbass, but that subwoofer hits every low note that you can throw at it, especially for DnB Fridays! :) This model isn't available anymore but I bet the new version is just as good, if not better, as this unit.

Does exactly what i wanted it to do. Makes movies, etc, come alive. Product was advertised as a return in excellent shape and I would have to agree. I got a good deal, it came when initially promised and sounds great.

Got this for my bedroom tv for movie nights. Didnt want to break the bank, but wanted good sound quality. This thing is perfect if that is what youre looking for. Love it.

For being such an inexpensive item, the sound is impeccable!!! I love to watch concerts on YouTube and I can’t believe how wonderful it sounds!! Five thumbs UP!!

The Ggek Squad realized that our old sound equipment was not compatible with our new Samsung TV. They recommended this to fit our needs. Awesome sound.

So I decided to fight fire with fire with the downstairs neighbors since they like to party at all hours of the night blasting their music until 3 am when all we can hear is their bass. It all started after I watched them carry their new sound bar into their apartment. After attempting to talk to them nicely where they honestly just blew us off and only got louder I decided I had to get a better much louder sound bar then the one they had, it was a plus that this has a sub woofer. I must have went through dozens of reviews before I decided to go with this one. One particular review caught my eye, “If you live in an apartment you probably should wait until you live in a house to purchase this sound bar” now I’m watching my significant other set it up and I’ve never been so excited! Merry Christmas to me! (Insert Evil laugh here) Update, day 3 of having this set up and I believe the neighbors got the hint as the first day I had it I played bass tests on it for the better part of the morning while drinking my coffee. They’re young so I imagine they enjoy sleeping in just as much as I enjoy sleeping at night. We haven’t heard a peep in days. I’m truly satisfied with my purchase!

Great sound bar, very effective! Would recommend!!

I cant even express the level of disappointment. I had read so many reviews on multple sites that this set rocked. Vibrated things in rooms and on tables, upset neighbors in an apartment and so on. Advertised as such deep base, matches or betters 5.1 systems and so on. Well sad to say, not even close. The soundbar does have better sound across all three ranges than the tv. It also gets very loud with little to no distorting, in the soundbar. The sub has very low volume, the sound seems appropriate but volume is so low. I tried it all. Different channels, movies, news, sports, stereo, surround, pass through, pcm, auto, reset, pair, unpair, bass level, low, mid, high, tv, dieect tv & soundbar settings. Nothing changes the weak volume level even when i turn the soundbar to 20 and that is pretty loud to the point you cant watch tv like that. So even at that level the sub is still so weak. Not rattling or vibrating thats for sure. But if i was in the market for a good $100 soundbar no sub then the soundbar fits the price point and use but even that is not much better than my tv. 60" lg uhd 4k led over brick mantle fireplace and my regular tv sounds just as good as this system less any bass i can get out of this sub & some added bass to mid on the soundbar itself. Defective or other reason the hook was easy. I spent more time running wire management then actual hook up. HDMI ARC, power plugs, turned on and my tv auto switched and system was live. Then the troubleahooting began for 2 hours. Every settting, every reset, ever reconnect, every channel and type of show, movie, music and here I am, so deflated. I have always loved JBL. Ease of use but their actual quality of product snd sound. Big miss on this one for $250. I wouldn't take it for free before i would reather pay $100 for just the soundar. The subwoofer is useless. And if i am doing something wrong then even more reasonnthe system is junk, i am not brain dead but no professional sound guy either. Not hard to plug in wires and turn on with the expectation the product will work properly without any special efforts even though i put in 2 hrs of settings, power cylcles, reconnects, resets and so on.

sound is crystal clear with a booming bass. JBL rocks

I purchased and returned three other soundbars prior to purchasing and loving this one. It does what a soundbar should, excellent sound quality with great deep bass!
