    Sub-woofer did not pair, subpar customer support

    Sub-woofer didn't pair, so I tried to pair manually. No luck. Disconnected power from soundbar and sub-woofer for 5 minute then plug/pair again. No luck. So I reset the soundbar then pair again. No luck. Contacted customer support, informed the sub-woofer is not pairing even after trying "manual pair"/"power off 5 minute"/"reset and pair". Contacted customer even didn't read the case and asked me to manually pair and if not working reset and pair. So I returned the soundbar.

    This was easy to set up minus the hard time pairing the subwoofer. It sounds great and the bass rocks.

    I bought this for the tv in my room and it's great so far. Good bass and sound with a nice controller. It is a little tricky to set up and pair your device for the first time but other than that no issues.

    Could not get the subwoofer to pair. Tried for a couple hours. Looked online, did what YouTube had on its videos,called JBL. They said it must be defective. RETURNED!!! DID NOT GET A REPLACEMENT
