    STAY FAR AWAY FROM THE N650!!

    First let me start by saying I am a truly loyal customer when it comes to Samsung Electronics. I have owned 3 Samsung TV's, a 2.1 channel system among other products. I was soooo excited when I bought the N650. I ran home set it up and got ready to watch a movie. I was floored when I was absolutely disappointed by the system. I wasted hours thinking I had done something wrong. Then I blamed the TV. But in reality, the soundbar sounded worse than my $199 2.1 channel system. I bought the JBL 3.1 system instead and I was blown away!!! Trust me, go to Bestbuy and check for yourself. They have both on display.

    Sub-woofer did not pair, subpar customer support

    Sub-woofer did not pair, so I tried to pair manually. No luck. Disconnected power from soundbar and sub-woofer for 5 minute then plug/pair again. No luck. So I reset the soundbar then pair again. No luck. Contacted customer support, informed the sub-woofer is not pairing even after trying "manual pair"/"power off 5 minute"/"reset and pair". Contacted customer even didn't read the case and asked me to manually pair and if not working reset and pair. So I returned the soundbar.

    started out with a similar 3.1 system from JBL. Ended up switching to this due to connectivity issues I was having with the JBL. Saved some money over the JBL and haven't had the some connectivity problems, but the sound itself is far inferior to that of the JBL. In hindsight, I would have stuck with the JBL and tried to work through that.

    OMG ... WORST SOUND BAR EVER!!! I was really surprised because JBL is usually a good product. TRUST ME. It's NOT what you want and it will never sound anything greater than a tin can. Go for the Harmen Karden or Sonos. Yes a bit more money but at the end of the day, the sound quality is perfection ... from a SOUNDBAR.

    Could not get the subwoofer to pair. Tried for a couple hours. Looked online, did what YouTube had on its videos,called JBL. They said it must be defective. RETURNED!!! DID NOT GET A REPLACEMENT

    Awful soundbar. Bass is good (HUGE BASS SPEAKER)

    Soundbar is awful. Logitech z906 sound like a dream vs the bar. Bass speaker is good, however, it's huge and doesn't put out as much bass as the Logitech (which is a smaller size). NOT worth $300.

    subwoofer wont sync with soundbar. i just gave up will return to bestbuy for my full refund

    Poor directions accompanied this speaker. Ended up returning the unit due to the inability of setting it up properly.

    It is unsyncing with the subwoofer everyday. When it works, it sounds great.
