Great Soundbar

A side note for those who need to connect a set of headphones due to hearing. Through a lot of research and trying several different connections due to no one being able to answer me on how to connect headphones . The only way I was able to get them to work for television viewing and streaming was to run soundbar with HDMI from TV then run an optical connection from your TV to a bluetooth receiver/transmitter. Connect and run your bluetooth headphones through the receiver/transmitter. Now I can hear TV and hubby can turn up his headphones. Hope I explained it correctly and hope it helps someone.

Only annoying thing is you have to constantly turn it on for when you turn your tv on instead of it automatically turning on it self. The Bass is incredible , always keep it at level 3-4. If you're looking to upgrade from a standard TV sound this will blow you away. Really great for movies, tv shows and even gaming. I was skeptical at how crisp it can be but JBL is superior when it comes to sound

Amazing sound, easy set up.

It was zapped by lightning and we upgraded to the 5.1. I will say that it was definitely worth the extra $. This sound is so much better. Deeper base and more clarity. It fills the room for sure! Reminds me of our old surround sound system, but with less effort! A relative had originally bought the Samsung equivalent soundbar but returned it after hearing our JBL. Highly recommend the JBL 5.1 w 10" subwoofer.

Great Sound!

It was very easy to set it up with my TV. The sound is awesome! My old system had rear speakers with the wireless subwoofer, and I thought that I needed them. This JBL proved me wrong! There's plenty of sound and no rear speakers are needed! It paired easily with my Alexa to play music through the sound bar. I'm very happy with my purchase!

I've noticed a few quirks but overall, I'm happy with it. Might be related to the TV I'm using it with but watching some TV shows the volume is softer than other media, which didn't happen with our previous bar. Also lost audio once or twice when playing my Nintendo Switch through it. The sub is large and brings a lot of bass. The bar fits nicely under my 70". Overall good, but I don't think I'd buy it at full price.

The downsides are that the soundbar gets very warm. And you dont have control over the subs volume/db etc.
