The bass sounds really good and pairs with tvs easily

My TV sounds just like shredding some time, so I need something good for the sound, and that is why I choose the JBL sound bar also, I found a used version which is a very cheap comparably so I used it for a month now and I think it’s the perfect companion for my TV set. I love it, and I will not to return it.

I’ve been using the JBL 5.1-Channel Soundbar with Wireless Subwoofer for a few months now, and overall, it’s an impressive setup for anyone looking to upgrade their home audio system. The soundbar delivers clear, immersive audio with a great balance across highs, mids, and lows. The wireless subwoofer is the star here—it packs a punch and adds deep, room-filling bass that really enhances movies, music, and games. Setup was straightforward, and I appreciate the sleek, minimalist design that blends in well with my living room decor. The build quality feels solid, and the wireless connection between the subwoofer and soundbar has been reliable with no dropouts. Bluetooth connectivity is smooth, and switching between inputs is quick with the remote. My only gripe is the lack of built-in support for newer audio formats like Dolby Atmos, it’s more of a traditional 5.1 setup. Also, the remote could use a backlight and more intuitive layout. But for the price which I got on an offer and performance, it's hard to beat.

It really is worth the money, It is all that i was looking for and more. Wonderful for watching movies and listening to music.

Sounds good .. my issue with this item is the lack of preference audio options... u cannot adjust anything .. only bass ... control is super simple ..

Not too bad but sounds like music is coming out of a box. Nice lows and good highs. Subwoofer is a bit big and speaker is not protected by a grill so be careful when lifting!!! Manual is worthless though and the app is terrible!

This soundbar is my new favorite it play music very clear and loud I love it thanks again Best Buy.

I purchased this item at the end of June and it’s malfunctioning now in October!! Of course I can’t return it now... I guess the extra warranty is always the best thing to add! The previous Gen JBL 3.1 lasted 7 years so I thought this one would do the same? I guessed wrong!

Make sure you check your packaging if doing in store pickup. This box had been damaged and opened. Certainly not new product. The Best Buy team loaded this into our car and we should have checked more thoroughly. The box had been crushed and taped back up. There is a sticker saying that it was damaged and they verified the product was good. This would have been ok if the product was sold as open box but it never should have been sold as new. Called in and was told the only help they could offer was an exchange and to come back to the store. Not an ideal solution

This product is worth for the price. Interms of quality i would like if it has more clarity on voice.

I can’t say enough good things about this soundbar. Clear and robust sound reproduction? -Check. Broad soundstage? -Check. Plenty of power for room-filling sound? -Check. Strong bass? -Check. Easy setup? -Check. Full integration with the remote control for my TCL Series 6 Roku TV? -Check. A robust HDMI cable included? -Check. A super-low price when bought on special from Best Buy? -Double-check. I don’t watch many action movies, so I can’t tell you if this soundbar reproduces car crashes, explosions, and dinosaur stompings with the same earth-shaking aplomb as more expensive products. Where this soundbar excels is music. When I play tracks from my iPhone via Airplay 2 the sound reproduction is superb, especially in the lower range. The subwoofer lets me clearly hear the individual notes of a string bass, for example, instead of simply emitting a muddy mess. Everyone’s ears, listening area, and pocketbook are different, of course, but for me this soundbar is all the hifi system I need, and I’m thrilled with it. One minor drawback is that the soundbar remote offers virtually no sound customization options, such as presets for movies, music, dialog, etc. And while I was pleased to find that I can control the soundbar volume via Alexa voice command (Echo or similar device required), resuming audio after muting can't simply be done by saying "unmute." Finally, a big shout out to the staff at the Port Charlotte, Florida Best Buy. They really know their stuff.

Setup was very easy on this soundbar. All you do is download an app and go through a few steps. Sound is crisp and clear. The bass is powerful and has just enough punch. We sometimes listen to music during parties, and we alternate between using a JBL Partybox and the soundbar. The soundbar connects to WiFi and updates automatically without any input from the user, which is fantastic. The remote is also nice and easy to use. I like that you have less settings to fool with, everything is just tuned and ready to go. The only issue I have had with it is 5.1 audio on the Xbox Series X. When using 5.1 audio, the test setting on the console does not send sound to the subwoofer. However, it does send sound on other audio modes. The subwoofer does have sound during gameplay, but I can only assume that it's just blending with the other audio channels instead of having its own channel as intended. My old, cheaper Samsung soundbar worked properly with sending sounds to each channel separately. I have tried all possible solutions. This issue isn't really covered online. I have determined that this must be an issue with the way the soundbar processes these channels, and I do not expect a fix. Either way, it does work, just not exactly the way it's intended. It's still a fantastic device and well worth the asking price.

This soundbar is amazing, I own two. I got one at the office, one at home and also bought one for my dad. The bass is spectacular and it delivers quality sound on a budget.
