I cannot be more satisfied by my JBL purchase. The sound is SO much better than the stock speakers. Even though I am not running an amp and using the original stock head unit, the sound is so much cleaner and clear. I had to order the 2nd pair for the rears but I look forward to installing those later in the week to round out my system. Best money I have put toward a sound system in years. Well worth it!!

I used to be professional car audio installer many years ago and still work on some side projects. I have installed and listened to a ton of different speakers. These speakers are very clean and full sounding. They pair well with a factory head unit or an amp due to their 2 ohm design. Obviously they will sound even better when amplified. I installed a pair of the 6.5" inch coaxial speakers (JBL GX602) and a set of the 6.5" components (JBL GX600C) into a 2016 Wrangler Unlimited Sport. You need a sub for the full sound spectrum. I installed a Kicker HS8 under the drivers seat which pairs perfectly in this situation. The set up is surprisingly loud and clean of the factory head unit, even with the top down. The highs are very bright so you may find yourself turning the treble setting to neutral or even to negative depending on the song/type of music. If you are looking for lots of bass you are not going to get that out of most 6.5" speakers so definitely add a sub. I would absolutely buy these again. Are there better sounding speakers out there...yes but, I can't imagine anyone finding a better speaker in this price range. Especially when on sale.

I bought these speakers to replace my stock speakers in my 99 intrigue they have absolutely amazing quality crisp and clear and they were only 50$? Best Buy definitely has the best deals!

I received these a Christmas present and I love them. I put them in my Jeep Cherokee and it fills the whole truck without distortion. My brother bought them at Best Buy and all I had to do was show up and have them installed. I couldn't be happier!

I was originally wanting Infinity Kappa speakers but refused to pay higher price and since Harmon makes both Infinity and JBL I figured I try JBL GX series! I am totally satisfied and personally think they sound great even without an amp and actually sound better then my older Kappa speakers in my other car! I have JVC media player and the deck power has no problem powering them and actually have more bass over and clarity over the stock Bose! I can't wait to try them with an amp

Got these half off during Black Friday online sale and love them. They're not Type-Rs or anything but they sound great and are a fraction the cost. Low 2Ohm impedance so they sound good even with a stock HU.

I installed these along with the 4x6 version in my 05 GMC Sierra. I had blown one of the stock speakers and decided to upgrade. These did the job just fine i liked how they sounded in the store and once in my truck they were ok, but after a little bit of playing with the EQ I got them to sound pretty good. So overall I am happy good product for the price sure you could get better, but it will cost you a bit more money...

had them installed in my hummer h3 and they are great sounding speakers. kudos to jared and jay at the clarence n.y. geek squad for installing them along with a pioneer 8100 nex hu which i bought elsewhere because bb did not carry it anymore. wonderful job and would not hesitate to go there again.

These speakers are Very Good at delivering a crisp and reliable sound. It does the job and works well with most music types. As long as you do not max out the volume you will not get distortion. These speakers are loud yet clear as long as you don't max out the volume.

I have always love JBL products. This new line of speakers exceeded even my expectations.

Got 4 of these for my work car powered just by my Kenwood deck.. At high volume their was a lot of distortion from a lack of power from my after market deck... Ended up having to get the Alpine power pack for extra power.... Now they sound like a upgraded stereo with good clarity for mids & highs... These are 6.5 speakers... So don't expect really any bass from them..

Did my research at home and decided on a set of Kickers. These sounded so much better when I compared them at the store. It was way worth paying a little more.

Purchased to replace blown factory speakers. They were bogo at the time of purchase and are excellent! Sound great for basic, everyday use.

Rich and deep sound throughout the car, better than OEM speaker

I bought these speakers for My 07 Honda Ridgeline. I was shocked over how much better these were then the factory speakers. These speakers are fantastic and sound super "crisp". I rarely do reviews but this needed to be said.

These are very good speakers for the price with great sound and range.
