    Just bought my 2013 Ford F 150 Platinum. Was underwhelmed with the audio quality of the Sony system. As I did my research, I realized that you could buy new Ford replacement speakers for about $8 a piece. That told me all I needed to know that replacing with something else would make a difference. I paid $120 per pair and replaced the fronts and the rears. the installation went pretty smoothly...a little tricky, but not bad at all (thanks YouTube!). I had no idea that replacing would make THAT much difference. Completely night and day difference! Let's face it, speakers are pretty inexpensive. I can't say enough great things about these JBL speakers. They are crisp, warm, and totally rock! I very highly recommend these GX892s. If you have stock speakers in your vehicle...change them out.

    I put these JBL's in my F150 and the sound quality is so much better than the factory speakers. Crisp clean sound which is what I was looking for. Easy install just need to buy the wiring harness separate.

    Got these on my Mazda CX 9 2009 model. Excellent treble and highs. and does a decent job on lows but the bass guitar can sound a little twangy ( which is fine as it is at least defined and for really deep bass you need a separate subwoofer) Got all 4 changed. One was buzzing so went back and the cone was distorted. Best Buy changed it for me in no time.

    Took an old car and made it new again with an awesome quality radio and speaker purchase. College student is happy again to be driving the older car. Tunes and sound quality made a huge difference !

    bought them about a year and a half ago. worked great but in cold weather, they sounded terrible from no noise to all at once which I believe broke them too quickly just had one blow on me. id recommend only get if you have aftermarket deck or DSP. if not get a kicker or alpine the material holds up longer and not rubber so no need to worry about it drying or cracking in cold/ hot weather
