Wireless Speakers Cut In and Out

The system was easy to set up and configure, the sound is excellent, and the controls, while limited, are perfect for average family use. If there was a way to eliminate the wireless speakers cutting in and out I’d rate the system 5 stars.

Turn on your JBL BAR 9.1 Surround. Press and hold the Power and Source buttons for 3 seconds. Your device is now reset. If you need any assistance with troubleshooting, please reach out to our customer support.

Beautiful looking but average sound at best

I really like the overall sound except I think it excels in tv/movie listening over music. Which is a bummer since thst is our homes main music source. I just can’t get the sound to be smooth and natural for music. The bass and overall sound Is flat sounding even with treble cranked and me playing with all the other settings. I also found it frustrating (especially when the directions aren’t clear about this) that I needed an hdmi along with an optical cable to get tv working. Even using the Arc port, I still couldn’t get it to work without an optical also. If anyone knows how to get around it, plz let me know. I’m only connecting a year old Sony 75” smart 4K UHD tv and an Apple TV 4K box so there are plenty of inputs and outputs. It should just need o e hdmi from the TVs Arc port to the sound bar the anything else should plug into tv hdmi ports. But that’s not the case. Geek Squad, Any Help?
