I replaced this soundbar set 3 times before finally refunding and getting my money back. 1st set was perfect, then the right surround stopped responding. 2nd set was brought home and immediately had a hissing issue. 3rd set froze up during setup, then constantly disconnected the rear surrounds every 4-5 min. All units were updated properly with Google Home. The issue isn’t with my setup because my LG SN10YG was working perfectly connected via eArc to my LG C9. This soundbar set is extremely buggy and people have to force it into update mode multiple times to work out the kinks. Also the US market doesn’t include the covers/caps which are displayed in the pictures and BB’s description. If you call JBL, they want $100+shipping for these parts.... for a few dollars worth of plastic that should’ve been included on this $1000 set. Avoid for now. Very disappointed as I assumed JBL was one of the best names in the home theater industry.
