Excellent bass and distinctive voice. Occasionally sound will mute if antenna signal is weak. Samsung tv remote controls volume easily without jvc remote but can use it wanted.. Remote speakers work great. With a USB charger and cord plugged directly into them you can leave them off the main bar and charge directly.

MEN. I HAVE A FIGHTING FEELINGS.. WELL THIS SOUNDBAR SOUND SOOOOOOO GOOD. I CHECK ALL SOUNDBAR IN STORE AND PRICE TO HIGH AND DONT SHOW OFF ANYTHING SO WHEN I STOP IN FRONT OF THIS ABD PLAY DEMO MY FIANCE CANT BELIEVED THE SOUND THIS HAVE.. I PURCHASE IT.. BB ITS FAR AWAY FROM ME LIKE 2 HOURS. GO TO MY HOUSE PUT THIS BABY AND BOOM ONE SPEAKER DONT SYNC I PUT BACK ALL TOGETHER GO BACK REPLACEIT FOR ANOTHER WITHOUT QUESTIONS. THIS NEW ONE WORKS AND SOUND WAOOO IN VOLUME 18 MY WINDOWS SHAKE AND SOUND WAOO TO BE GOOD SO.. I NOTE WHEN I SAW MOVIES SOMETIMES SOUND CUT OFF IN GAMES I TEST ONLY 1 TIME AND DONT DO IT MAYBE NEED MORE TINE. I RESET THE BAR RESET WIFI AND DONT USE WIFI FOR CHECK IF THAT WORK BUT STILL CUT OFF . MAYBE ITS A SETTING AND YES ITS UPDATED OUT FROM THE BOX.. PRICE TOO HIGH FOR THIS TROUBLES BUT THE SOUND ITS GOOD AND I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO SAMSUNGS BAR DONT SOUBD LIKE THIS

My flat TV speakers are horrible and blow out quickly. So this JBL soundbar really made a huge difference in my listening experience. The 9 channels sound amazing the bass rattles the whole room. , which is what I wanted. You can easily turn down the speaker volume and the bass volume if necessary! This is an amazing soundbar to my TV.

Pros: Sound Quality Volume Wireless Speakers for "surround sound" Cons: The app to connect this to WIFI is junk. It gets stuck in a loop and won't connect. My unit will occasionally refuse to power on if I don't use it for multiple days. I have to disconnect the power cord and sometimes the HDMI to get audio restored.

This sound bar system is amazing. the wireless speakers and subwoofer make it so nice to customize to your room. the sound is so clear very good surround sound. Great bass as well as nicely balanced sound from the bar and detachable speakers

I didn't know you could get sound like this at home.

I recently bought a new TV with Dolby Atmos and my current Soundbar didn't support. I listened to it in the store and was impressed. After a few days of using at home I ended up returning. I wasn't able to connect to WiFi which was frustrating. It sounded good, but to me the sound wasn't that much better than my LG Soundbar that was half the price except it supported Atmos. Maybe I was just being too picky but it wasn't for me. I ended up getting the Sony HT-A7000 with a recommendation from a rep at Best Buy. The sound is better but it comes with a higher price tag and it doesn't include the sub nor surround speakers. I would still recommend this Soundbar to someone who wants a Soundbar that supports Atmos and DTSX and wants the full system without spending more than $2000 to get it.

It's probably the best soundbar I've bought. Good deep bass.

If you're going to listen to music you can't beat this. If you're going to watch movies with this don't buy it. The the background overwhelms voice you can't understand what they're saying.

Great sound and connected to the TV and all devices with no issue. Works well with Google Home and was easy to set up. Slight issue with the satellite speakers cutting out and losing connection, but it happens rarely enough to not regret the purchase.

Purchased in October 2020. Overall very satisfied with the sound bar and it's features. The only issue I have is with JBL's decision to not include the 4 end caps in the US Version of the 9.1, but do so in other International versions. The end caps make the bar and satellite speakers far more aesthetically when the satellite speakers aren't docked with the bar - for instance when you want to permanently mount the wireless speakers to a wall with the included wall brackets. Without the end caps to cover the connection points, it looks a bit misshaped. Upon contacting customer support, I was told they would be available to purchase back in November as an accessory. That has not happened, and further attempts to reach customer support have since failed.

Works perfect and sounds amazing and really worth its cost

I tried out the Bose and Sonos Bars. These are both great sounding bars as well, but the JBL sounds just as good with more features and much better bass.

This sound bar system is outstanding! I love the sound this thing puts out.. compares to Bose system in a different room. would be nice if the battery life of the detachable speakers lasted longer.
