this is perfect sound system for my 86' Lg tv. its like being in a movie theather while at home. highly recommended.

This sound system sounds just as good or better than its much more expensive competitor, and it comes with a sub woofer. You have to A B this one with others to hear the difference.

Sounds incredible (when it works). Very buggy firmware (yes, it's updated). Many times, I turn on the TV and the soundbar does not respond. I have figured out work-arounds for all of the issues - but it's super annoying. For $1200 it should just work. Bonus: left wireless speaker no longer charges. 3 months past warranty. Too bad. No more JBL stuff for me.

We have had the JBL Bar 9.1 for about 1 month now. It was extremely easy to set up for the room as well as well with our new LG TV. The sub woofer has plenty of kick. it has been real nice positioning the detachable speakers in different places depending on how many people and where they are sitting in the room. Which lets us keep the volume lower if only 1 or 2 people are listening and if more keeps everyone in side the surround experience. I do wish there was more control of the dialogue compared to the background noises.

Got this for my living room wanted Dolby atmos in a small package with surrounds but the wife hates wires and this solved all of that. Sounds good sub is deep and room filling and Dolby atmos works better than I expected.

Sounds very good when everything goes as planned. Had a movie night with my son and girlfriend and rented a $20.00 movie. We couldn't get the Dolby Atmos to sync but sound was ok. Lots of bass.

very happy with this purchase! easy to use w/ bass that sets off our cat's motion activated toys. Our neighbors hate us.

The deep base is great. The sound surprised me with it's clarity and realism. A little expensive but to me it's worth it. Took a little while to get it connected to TV. There should be an app to make that part easier.

I love this system. I did extensive research and this is the sound system to buy. It easily exceeds many systems twice the price and the true wireless rears are awesome. Fills the room with unbelievable sound and you can easily make a wide range of adjustments for whatever you’re watching. The full wireless system is right on. My only issue is it would be super nice if there was an app that gave you full control for sound adjustment.

Sound quality is great. Detachable side speakers make it a breeze to set up without wires. The battery life on side speakers could be better. Also note, the batteries only charge in standby mode.

Absolutely amazing quality audio. Sounds crazy good when you watch a Dolby Atmos movie and or regular tv hooked up as digital output. Bass is super clean and heart pounding. Wireless speakers are superb as well.

Fantastic Sound. Very easy to setup. The front speaker even tells when it's time to dock the rear speakers for charging. So nice to have full surround sound without the wires. A+++

This has to be the best soundbar i've ever had. It is amazing. Great Sound, Easy Set up! Love the detachable rear speakers!! If installing for the first time, please connect the bar to Wifi and update it first!!!

Really good sound! Would give 5 stars but the side speakers batteries don't last long enough. But overall, good on a big room.

great sound, but smaller speakers do not have good battery life, and unit cannot charge the smaller speakers unless system is on standby (off).

This isn't the best sounding sound bar but the main reason for the purchase was for the wireless rechargeable speakers. The speakers work great and the fact you can setup wireless surround sound for a movie is very convenient. Dolby Atmos sounds great, too. The software is really buggy though. I've had issues where the sound bar won't turn on so I'd have to unplug the power and plug back in to get it to boot. The most annoying bug was the fact I could not get the sound bar to connect to wifi. It took many, many, attempts where connection would fail so I'd had to factory reset and try again.

I was a little sceptical about buying a wireless system. Due to reviews of people saying that signal get interrupted or not good synching. So I give it a try to this system. And let me tell you that it is the best decision I took. Easy installation Great sound I'm talking about good bass, mids, and highs. Loud but clear sound. I watched movies on 4k with ATMOS sound And the system pull every single sound of the movie and delivered it around the speakers. The removable speakers can be placed anywhere, to have a true surround system. And they last for few hours (I used them for about 6 hours) that's because I stopped , but they can last longer. In general a awesome JBL System This purchase was worth every single penny.

The sound is great but the wireless speakers only last for about ten hours of play. You can buy a cord to plug in but why did it not come with the wireless speakers

When I had this system, it was really great. It has full sound that fills a large living area with no problem. The ability to have true wireless rear speakers was great to keep a clean setup without extra wires. The subwoofer was amazing, if you like room shaking bass, this will absolutely give you more than enough. This system really shines while watching a pure source like a 4K dvd with Dolby Atmos. If you use an Xbox for Netflix, then you’ll get the Dolby Atmos from Netflix which works really great as well. I ultimately returned this system because I decided to get a component home theater system. However, if you aren’t in the market for a huge home theater system, this JBL is still really awesome.

Drive 30 mins to get my hand on this baby. Holy smoke the sound amazing, level 4 bass shakes my whole house. The detach speakers make surround as simple and easy than ever. Worth any penny.
