Compared to my Visio sound bar this thing is in another league as far as sound. True wireless surrounds work perfect in my set up, was able to remove all the wiring that I had run under baseboards. Very happy

This system is on the expensive side, however, it is worth the money. It sounds great and makes whatever you are listening to come to life.

Added this system to replace my Bose 700 with sub. So pleased with this purchase. Surprisingly outperforms the Bose hands down, and you don't have to deal with the Bose horrible app. Thanks JBL

I've always thought JBL sold premium stereo components, and I was excited to find a wireless soundbar with Dolby Atmos. Well that excitement has turned to disappointment, as this is the Second Sound Bar that has just stopped working in the past 3 months! Now I have to take it into Best Buy, again, and I am undecided if I want to try a Third, or, find a brand that will work.

This soundbar sounds great! The wireless surround speakers really help give you the sense of Atmos above and beside you. Please note in USA you do not get free side covers in the box like other regions.

Buying this item was like fulfilling a dream. It is an amazing feature when watching movies, and when listening to our favourite songs. Simply incredible.

Awesome soundbar, only one on the market with the same great capabilities for TRUE wireless surround sound and dolby atmos! Big upgrade over my old setup, very happy a few months later.

Sounds good, looks good and it was on sale! Although dialog can be muddy on older movies, the sound in Atmos or other surround sources is great.

Amazing sound. And let not forget about the sub sound incredible. This soundbar is super great deal for sound quality and experience. And dont forget to review manual and calibrate 2 times before used.

The left speaker will not charge. I took it back to best buy because I purchased the total tech but now I have to pay $100 just for them to send it out. Then to add insult to injury they said I may get a refurbished one back. This is the second jbl surround system that ive purchased and had the same issues. Im over jbl.

I bought this off a few recommendations from audio professionals I work with. My needs were a powerful soundbar that won't bother my neighbors unless I wanted it too (I live in an apartment, or else I would've looked for a dedicated sound system). The subwoofer died 11 months in while watching Christopher Nolan's Tenet (Nolan's sound mixing department always goes big). This was no problem, as I had a few weeks left for the 1 year warranty. By the time I got it all ready to send back for repairs (a week or so later), I decided to give it a final try and somehow the subwoofer actually turned on this time. I had tried multiple times before and on different outlets, but it randomly turned on this time and stayed on. Against my better judgement, I decided maybe it was user error somehow and decided to keep it since it was working again. Fast forward 2 months after that incident, and the subwoofer died again while not in use. This time I am out of warranty and stuck with an expensive soundbar with no subwoofer. It's now 3 months after the last incident, and it doesn't magically turn back on like last time. When it worked, it worked great. Now I have a $1k+ soundbar without a subwoofer which I know would most likely cost me half it's price just to repair out of pocket.

Not what I expected from a sound bar. This unit had more depth and clearer sound than my old 1000 watt 5.1 surround sound system. Extremely happy with my purchase!!

Incredible sound, insane lows and mids, although highs and dialog are now the best. But I use subtitles anyway, so not horrible for me

Clean sound. Room shaking bass. Makes movies feel like you’re in the theater. I love playing my music apps through the soundbar. Powerful, clean sound.
