Awesome speakers! Plus I finally got them on sale! JBL always has awesome sound and this does not disappoint!

Excellent sound quality. The only suggestion is that the wireless speakers should come with usb to keep connected as an option rather than taking out and charging everyday

I just went in to take a look at the surround sounds mind you just looking.. i fell in love with the JBL ilove the way the sound its like your in a theater..

I love the sound this thing puts out, crisp sound. Its great for watching a movie with detachable speakers to sound like surround sound.

Wonderful. In 900$ deal we got 2 attachment speakers one large bar and suboofer. Performance is great.very satisfied.

Awesome sound. However has some issues if you are planning to pair it with a Sony TV.

I cannot be happier with the JBL SOUNDBAR 9.1. It's slick and small on top of the mantel, but they sound big and the sub makes the movies sounds ten fold better.

Great sound just missing the side caps that says it's included in the box. Called JBL they said call best buy. So I'm still missing the caps

This is a great sound bar. The sound is very clear and the base is room shaking. Dolby Atmos is amazing even in a large room. Highly recommend this product.

I was looking for something with rear speakers. didnt want the wires. So this was perfect. wireless and rechargeable. Bass is really good.

This has to be one of the best soundbars on the market right now. My old soundbar was a high-end LG which was impressive with built in surround sound “simulation”. This soundbar really takes it to the next level with its fully wireless and removable surrounds. As someone who also has a high end home theater, I would not really consider this 9.1 but closer to 5.1.2. There are many gimmicks out there in producing Atmos with up-firing speakers, but I am quite impressed with the abilities of this JBL to immerse the listener in Atmos-like surround sound. The major caveat, you will be seeing diminishing effects the larger the room becomes in volume and not sheer sq. footage (meaning higher ceilings = lower surround effect). The major misstep for JBL was in regard to inputs. For a high-end soundbar at this price point, a minimum of 2 HDMI inputs is a must. Please remember, optical ports do not support fully Dolby Atmos. Setup/unboxing: Heavy box, which is great. You can tell JBL built this with quality in mind. The subwoofer is one of the larger and heavier I have come across. It’s also taller than wider, which I would have preferred since that produces better bass. Since I was not installing anything on the walls, I was up and running in 10 minutes. It takes maybe 15 minutes more to have a full WiFi setup. JBL includes hardware to install the soundbar on the wall, as well as the surrounds. You also have the option to place the surrounds on speaker mounts. Includes 1 very short HDMI cable. Design: The subwoofer is sleek and can blend in well but its taller so it can’t be placed under all side tables. The cord is shorter than I’d like. The soundbar is fairly sleek but it’s not as high-end looking as one would hope. It’s definitely one of the better looking ones out there. The surrounds blend in well. Sound: Phenomenal for a sound bar. In the right room, the loudness would rival medium sized amp driven systems. As I mentioned earlier, the larger to room gets, especially vertically, you start to see quickly diminishing surround immersion but the loudness/ability to fill the room does well. JBL does a fairly well job with the EQ out of the box. As someone who enjoys a lot of bass, I felt it was overpowered and not well balanced into the mids and highs. The bass overall is powerful and loud, but I just couldn’t get it to mesh perfectly with the rest of the sound. A small ding overall, but worth noting. The soundbar shines in movies, of course. Music was enjoyable but the bass quickly washes out the highs and the highs themselves degrade clarity and crispness at higher volumes. If you’re using this soundbar primarily for music, you may want to compare some other models. Overall, I would say this is a great movie heavy or mixed use soundbar. Specifically, for Atmos and Surround sound I was truly blown away. Watching movies such as the Avengers truly brought me into the scenes and immersion was impressive. Features: Using an AppleTV 4K, the Dolby and overall sound integration was flawless. No special considerations when using a Blu-Ray either. Airplay worked well for music, but I primarily use Bluetooth or the AppleTV. Wireless surrounds: These speakers are quite impressive given their size. I was able to watch ~3 hours of TV, and ~4 four hours of movies without needing to charge them. They have a magnetic + contact style of attachment to the soundbar and charging. It’s a good and bad design since you have to remember to always remove them before moving them or they could fall off. However, it’s also sleek and convenient. All in all, I highly recommend this soundbar if you’re looking in or close to this price range but do not want to invest in a dedicated home theater set up. It’s not going to be perfect for every room or situation but will be leaps and bounds over most soundbars out there today. I consider this a 4.5/5 star soundbars but will round down to 4 due to the minor issues mentioned earlier.

So loud feels like you are in a movie theater. So easy to work and overall amazing!! Would definitely buy this brand again, never disappointed with this product.

I have tried a few before settling on the JBL-9.1-Cannel Soundbar and none of the came even close to it. I am very pleased with my choice!

They sounded great but got so hot they shut down. Liked the idea but can’t recommend.
