Stepped up to this unit expecting twice the quality since t was twice the price. I would buy the 5.1 system if I had to do it again.

Rear speakers fail to charge

The left rear speaker stopped working when connected to the sound bar. BE SURE to keep the box and packaging material until at least the warranty is over if you're going to purchase this. Huge hassle trying to return it back under warranty without it.

Good luck in getting a function bar

The LCD lights would not come on on the soundbar. Don't get me wroung they sounded great but I send both back. I then call JBL and told them about all the screw ups I had. He said Busy Buy hads not contact JBL about all the problems they were having with the BAR9

Bluetooth Connectivity is Pathetic

It cuts in and out from 15’ away while using Bluetooth. Sound itself would get a 5 star review; Bluetooth would get a -5, I’ll settle on a 2 star review.
