Works great but missing parts

I gave 3 stars because the box was terribly beat up when delivered and the remote, mounts, and speaker side caps are all missing. Tried taking to a rep to get the replacement parts sent to me or at least refunded for that amount so I can go but them myself and they were no help! I understand it was an open box but there was never a warning that parts were missing! Now I have to spend more out of pocket for something I should’ve received in the first place! Very disappointing and annoying!

I had the model before this then upgraded due to technical issues. This one also started showing issues. Then we returned it and got a Samsung QSeries q990C and we LOVE It way better than the JBL.

I really like the 9.1 so I upgraded thinking it would be a continuation of the success of the 9.1 but never could get this one dialed in. Its early so might be an issue with a software update but the voices really struggled. Either they were to quiet at flat levels or if I increased mids they got harsh. The sound is more refined (except for voices) than the 9.1 and the bass is effortless but I cant recommend this in its current state. Room calibration made it worse. If you do not use the rears and have them on the bar its not as bad but then what's the point? I'd wait or look at something else. 9.1 is half price if you can find it and better in its current state. Disappointed to say the least.
