good product sounds needs more bass suround sound

I love this product, its just as descibed and it doesn't consume much of energy

Works great but had trouble with sychronicing the sound with the tv

Sounds was great work some nice bass to if. Only 2 months the speaker in the subwoofer started sounding tinny and it fell out of the subwoofer. Have had to use it without the bass speaker for a couple weeks and taking it to the store now to exchange it. Might update this post after visiting the store.

Its worth the price , only thing i didnt like it mine was missing a remote , overall pretty good

I would have given 5 stars but the base is not as good as I hoped it would be. Still makes watching our older tv a new and better experience!

Purchased this a few days ago for our bedroom. Set up was super easy, but I am disappointed. The sound quality is fine but its just not powerful enough. Probably suited for a small office space.

Nice for watching movie. To set up and connect to TV.

I got this open box for like $112 at best buy. List price is $249. Uhmmm no way-not worth it. This was the first sound bar I bought from store-always got on FB marketplace used, but none for sale in my area at this time so I bought this one. I have 5 other sound bar systems in my house. This is the lowest quality one I own. Sound is OK at best. At a little over $100 I'll keep it, but will never buy JBL again. I hope no one pays list price for this thing. There is MUCH better!

This soundbar seemed like a good value for the money. After 3 months of dealing with it dropping the bluetooth connection randomly, we hooked it to HDMI ARC hoping it would fix it. It did not. The soundbar will randomly go into power saving mode if you: - pause a movie - pause a youtube video - go use the restroom - were born in the Midwest - have the tv volume set low There's no volume indicator on the sound bar itself, so if you have it hooked up to ARC, you'll have no reference point the next time you turn on the tv. The bluetooth connection simply doesn't work half the time; the soundbar's sleep mode doesn't allow it to wake when a device tries to connect to it. It doesn't wake on ARC. You have to manually connect it each time you use it. If I wasn't past the refund/return window, I would return this thing. Don't get stuck with mediocrity. Go with a different soundbar.

It only has one HDML port, my old one that fried had two. I couldn’t figure out how to hook it up, instructions were no help. Nerds at BB didn’t seem to understand my questions. So it probably works great, just not for me.
