Definitely an upgrade from your tv speaker but there is better out on the market a comparable prices. I settled by putting this on my computer monitor.

You have to connect to Bluetooth each time, so it’s necessary to have multiple remotes.

You may also select the pre-defined EQ (equalizer) settings for your audio playback with the remote control to enhance certain listening experiences like watching TV or listening to bass-heavy music. It’s not great

Not so great

Posted .Thanks for your feedback. Our JBL Cinema SB170 subwoofer is designed to play bass sounds; if the audio source you're using doesn't have many low frequencies, it might be harder to hear. We recommend trying different music or movies. To know that the subwoofer is connected the LED indicator on the back of the sub would be amber. We also recommend placing the subwoofer in a corner, less than 20ft from the soundbar for a better performance. If you need more help, please contact us.
