Wow. Base is on point. Bass box syncs to strip wirelessly, but does not come with optical cord. Better to buy one in store. Had issues with static but realized the optical cable wasn’t pushed in all the way. Worth it for sound quality. I love Sony but JBL has better sound quality. Bass all around which is great for surround sound experience.

As far as the equipment, I had no problems setting it up. I am still fiddling to get the best sound out of it. The only negative (and I found this to be extremely aggravating) was when I went into the store for information about what type of bar I needed, or which was the best for what I could afford. The salesperson was a young fellow who either did not have any knowledge, did not want to wait on me or could not be bothered after I turned down the most expensive one, he showed me. Also, with no information about what I had to do to get up and running. This is not the first time I have had this experience with kids acting as sales people at Best Buy. My advice to Best Buy is if you are going to hire young people, be sure they know how to deal with all ages who shop at Best Buy, not just what they are selling, but how to sell it.

Clean sound, I never had a sound bar this was my first one and I will stick with this one I love it

Great speaker system for the price. Had a little Bluetooth interference with the subwoofer at first but I haven’t had any problems since. The sound quality is great. I feel like I can always trust JBL speakers and this product definitely doesn’t disappoint (:

Quality of output ia good for that price .. only issue is on Bluetooth mode .. it is not connecting to TV directly. With connected to Wire is ok

Once I finally got this soundbar setup and connected to my TV, it does have excellent sound! I LOVE the fact that it is wireless so we could put the subwoofer in a different location. The setup though was a little complicated and didn't completely follow the steps listed but finally got it connected.

Got this on sale for 160 bucks and man I am impressed. Easy set up and connectivity, sound is amazing, and both the sub and bar are pretty sleek. Nothing comes close at that price.

This is an excellent choice for a smaller living or family room. It might be a bit too much for bedroom, but it really depends on the size of the room. I personally love JBL stuff. I gave this one 4 stars because you have no real control over the EQ levels. The built-in presets are OK, but I wind up just leaving it on the Movie setting as it seems to be the clearest overall with the best balance with the bass and mids. The biggest negative is this doesn't have really full thumping bass. The Bluetooth works well and music sounds pretty good through it. Overall I'd recommend it for a very good quality sound bar for a smaller area. It is also very well made and looks sleek.

I would give this a 5 star because the sound quality is just what i was looking for! The bass is rich and gives a great experience both for music and movies!

This JBL soundbar and subwoofer is incredible. It has incredible sound quality and we would highly recommend. It makes a huge difference in our entertainment area and we love being able to connect to our phone and play music too. Even though it’s a bit expensive if you are just updating your home entertainment area, we are genuinely so thrilled that we bought one that is really good quality. The only thing I recommend is to make sure before buy that you have a TV with a compatible HDMI ARC port, so you can actually use the speaker (most current TVs do have this, but my husband and I didn’t so we ended up getting a new TV also).

Excellent sound box. I love that the base is great. The all round sound balance and the out put put makes it sound so wonderful. I am happy that I bougth this sound system.

I recommend these. The base is great. The sound options are great. Actually like that there is a voice option that helps it easier to hear conversations, and this sport and movie options are great as well. !
