The sub is not overpowering (sometimes I wish I had more bass). It definitely is a good sounding system as compared to a TV speaker. PROS Looks good sounds crisp and loud easy set up CONS No equalizer. You get what you get, plus like 3 or buttons for "movie, music, sports..." I don't notice any difference when selecting them. Auto shut off is terrible! If you are using eARC, the sound bar shuts off after like 15 or 20 minutes. So if you pause your movie or TV and walk away, you have to turn the sound bar back on when you come back. It doesn't sound like a big deal, but it gets very annoying very quickly.

I got it on sale for black Friday and it does the trick! Beautiful clarity and bass. Was very easy to set up and is easy to use. It saves space as well.

The only small down side is the limit of sound setting. However if I didn’t want bass I switch to news mode and if I’m watching an action movie I switch to movie mode for the extra bass! This is an awesome product!

You need a separate cable.. Optical cable or toslink it’s called I believe.. Great for a small to medium sized room..

Sound is great and the bass isn't overpowering but is noticable when it is produced from the subwoofer. Also like that I can place the subwoofer anywhere in the room.

The subwoofer says to sit close to the bar, but I managed to place it across the room and it still sounds great when we watch RuPaul's drag race with her.
