    These are great. The noise canceling function is excellent and the sound is superb. They are also quite comfy and easy to adjust. I like the sturdy construction.

    Great sound quality but the Bluetooth signal is very weak. It’s constantly going in and out even when my phone is close. I recently just switched phones(iPhone 6 to the 12 pro) and the problem carried over to the new phone. I have to use the wire in order to have a decent music experience that doesn’t sound like a skipping CD.

    Bought these as a replacement for some Bose that were worn out. They are decent but don’t compare to Bose. Sound quality is good. Noise canceling is okay. Comfort is an issue. Very heavy.

    Great Sound. I put these on at work and turn up my music. I can't hear my coworkers, and they can't hear my music. The battery life is great too.

    Awesome headphones, one issue is they get uncomfortable after 3+ hours of use. Everything else is great, lots of sound options on board.

    noise cancelation didn't met my personal needs. Cheap headphones sound as good. I expected to be blown away but instead I blew my self the return lane. I didn't like.

    Sound and Noise Cancelation is better then my Bose Quiet 2. I got this for my son on his birthday and he loves it. Now I need another set for myself.

    This set of headphones just wasn’t loud enough for me. Customer service was good and pricing was ok but this product wasn’t for me

  • Geek squad charge of $100 dollars to install.

    I had to call and pay $100 for the geek squad to come and install. It on the 20th of November. The direction showed only dots and symbols. I could not understand them. I am giving you an excellent because I am. Hoping the geek squad can install them and that I will be satisfied. I have been extremely unhappy at this point. I am asking Best Buy to reimburse the $100 that I have to pay to get them installed. Heck, I payed $200 dollars for them. I am going to pay half of that again to get it installed. Now I am paying $300 for the dumb earphones!!!

    Purchased a the Bestbuy in Troy mi , easy to use , good sound , noise canceling is good , the reason for only 4 stars , it was not loud enough for jbl , from my experience
