Here are some things to try that often fix these issues. If connected via Audio Cable, try using a different audio/aux cable. Check for any damages on the wire. If connected via BT, make sure LED indicator shows successful pairing via BT. Make sure the Headset is sufficiently charged. Restart devices and un pair them to refresh connection. Try using a different music app (iTunes, YouTube, Spotify etc.). If using an equalizer, please set to default mode or turn off. Try using a different Source Device (Laptop/PC/Tablet/Smartphone). Check if there are any physical damage/s on the headset unit. Make sure the device is not near any cause of interference such as other wireless/BT devices. Perform a reset. If these steps do not fix the problem, contact customer service for technical support and assistance. https://bit.ly/2WocMfi JBL
