    Good sound, poor durability

    I bought these headphones for my wife for Christmas. She rides the subway every day to work and needed some noise cancelling headphones. For the price, the sound and noise cancellation work great. For conducting phone calls, not good, but it does work, technically. Making phone calls over BT with these was probably an afterthought but again, it does technically work. The main problem is that after 6 mos of normal use, the hinge pin fell out from one side and you can't put it back in. It's a terrible design. They're going to send me out a new set since it's within a year, but what a hassle. And it's going to take about 3 weeks. My advice would be to pay more for a better set of headphones that are going to stand up to daily use, or buy the protection plan from best buy, so you can just swap them out for a new set when they inevitably fall apart. I normally don't advocate for protection plans but right now I sure wish I had one...

    Great sound, break easily

    I loved these headphones for the time they worked. I'm not rough on them, mainly bought them as travel headphones for my frequent flights and less than 6 months later one of the earphones was wobbly and I realized that a clip that holds it in place was cracking and the wires were showing. Too expensive to break so easily. I've had skullcandy brand last years for half the price.

    Good not great sound. Not loud enough in my opinion for over ear headphones. Battery was pretty good charge lasted almost a whole week with daily use. Problem now is less then six months later the head phones won’t charge any longer. Decent head phones. But too much for 6 months of use.

    Sound quality changes With anc on

    Sound quality was decent with anc off but turn it on and the sound signature changes.with anc on you can hear a hissing sound and the midrange is cut back and there is no way to adjust it.I Do not like how they sounds so I returned them. I’ll try a better quality brand.

    The JBL headphones worked Ok for a few days then it started beeping after a charge. I had to return them.
