    Work amazingly! These headphones connect right to my phone 9 times out of 10. Rarely, they will have a scratchy sound to them, but it disappears quickly. Sound quality is outstanding! It is sometimes difficult for the person for the person on the receiving end of a phone call to hear you speak.

    The idea of swimming with a pair of wireless headphones is great. Anyone would love that convenience. However, functionality is sacrificed with these headphones as they are more difficult to fair among different devices.

    I purchased these for the wife so she could use them while swimming. Extremly hard to lock into mp3 mode, and the sound quality was poor. They were also uncomfortable but that is always a personal preference when you have in ear headsets.

    Not what I was expecting

    I wanted a bluetooth headset that sits on the neck for daily use. This headset would be perfect for jogging or working out. But for all day wear in an executive environment, it is not what I needed. Sound quality was good and it was comfortable, but would not sit on my neck between calls.

    My wife wanted a BT device that would work while she swam. Unfortunately, the BT function does not work while submerged. It can store songs locally and play back while swimming, but this is not what she wanted, so they were returned.

      Thanks for the review.Since Bluetooth does not work under water. The Endurance DIVE however has a built-in MP3 player for music, and is IPX7 waterproof. It can be locked before going into the water to avoid unwanted user inputs.     This is nothing more than a glorified MP3 player. Won’t even maintain a steady Bluetooth connection with my phone while I am cycling. It should maintain a connection when the devices are 2 feet from one another. Regret this purchase JBL.

    so far so good. great sound, airtight and noise canceling. controls were sensitive and headphones would pause when it touched the water. still figuring out the control system, directions are a bit hard to follow but other than that we are really happy with this purchase.

      Our Dive headphones feature a lock sensor that allows you to take the headphones under water without disrupting the controls. In order to activate the lock control, tap once, and then tap again and hold for 5 seconds on the JBL logo on the RIGHT ear.     The sound is great! But I already had to replace it due to the water (my sweat) getting into the headphone. It wouldnt charge. Now that I am carefully drying it after each workout session havent had any problems since.

    Long life battery, holds a couple hundred MP3 songs, Bluetooth capable exactly what I've been looking for to use while doing yard work. I could use a little more volume and the the controls take a little to get use to but overall a great product.

    Do not buy these, you will waste your time. Fall out, have constant issues connecting, volume doesn’t work well. You will waste your time trying to make these work instead of swimming..

    These are comfortable and stay on, but they don't STAY ON. They turn off randomly during use, which I think is a power button problem where they turn off. I am not real jazzed on them but haven't given up

    The dive is a good headset that has alot of great features with able to hold about 200 songs on with a built in MP3 player. Which makes this a very good item for anyone that swims and they enjoy listening to music.

    Worst product ever. Tech support has no idea about this product. Will not work in the pool. I bought 3 of these and returned ever single one. All had a defect. Do not buy if you want to use this for swimming.

      Since Bluetooth does not work under water. The Endurance DIVE however has a built-in MP3 player for music, and is IPX7 waterproof. It can be locked before going into the water to avoid unwanted user inputs. To lock it, tap once on the JBL logo of the right earbud, then place your finger on the logo again, and hold it there for 5 seconds. A confirmation tone can be heard from the headphones when locking takes place. To unlock, close the power hook. JBL

    Save your money. Bought these more expensive headphones assuming that they would hold up better than the cheaper ones. They did not. Battery life is also terrible.

    Overall, I like the headphones. However, it should have been clearer that they were unable to stream while swimming and you have to download music to the built-in player. Not too bad, though.

    So delicate that I couldn’t even start swimming. The touch part is very sensitive. I’m very disappointed because I bought this very excited that I was going to be able to swimm hearing music.

    Good headphones only complaint was that the controls on the sides of the earpiece were sensitive so they often turned off when I was trying to adjust them or take one earpiece out
