    This device is good for listening to music only. Not good for use on the phone. There is an echo when speaking and does not reduce outside noise or wind. The control buttons are extremely sensitive

    Does not work well in the water

    I could not get this device to function properly when swimming laps in the pool. The lack of actual buttons makes it very difficult and it's challenging to put it into 'water proof' mode.

    Bought these as a birthday present. She found the controls to be frustrating to use. I myself found it a tad annoying. Either they were too sensitive or did not register at all.

    These look great. You can store 1gb of music so you don’t have to be around your phone...I love that. Still in test phase, so I will update. Recommending until reason not to recommend

    I liked the fact the headphones were very discreet. However, they were uncomfortable in my ear even using the smallest tips. Connectivity would drop and I would have to disconnect completely.

    These headphones are not user friendly. Hard time connecting to a Samsung phone and iPhone. I have other JBL products and love them. Not these

    I purchased these to work with my Fitbit Ionic. They are great, light, great sound quality plus I used them hanging out in the ocean this week, them being waterproof Great product

    Although doesn't work underwater as sound will not transmit, the fact that they are water proof is awesome. Love to have these in the pool around the hot tub in the rain can't get better

    I’ll probably return these headphones because I’m still looking for ones that’ll stay on while swimming laps abc the control for volume is hard to use.

    volume control impossible to use. All of the controls are too hard to work. If water gets into either side then you can't hear

      Thanks for the review, you'll need to make sure you're using the MP3 mode when swimming as bluetooth doesn't work underwater. Please also make sure to lock the controls by tapping the JBL logo of the right earbud once, then place your finger on the logo again, and hold it there for 5 seconds. You will hear a confirmation tone in the headphones when locking takes place. To unlock, close the power hook. We're always looking for ways to improve so we'll make sure to submit your feedback to the right department. JBL

    Very touchy and difficult to use. When using at the gym and someone else using bluetooth got close to me the product would disconnect. It was a big disappointment.

    It may not be the product as much as it was my preference. They were loose and fell off my neck. Sound quality was average. I ended up returning them.

    It functioned great and sounded great. It just is too small to sit on your neck when not in use. It will fall off of you when not connected to your ears.
