    Very touchy and difficult to use. When using at the gym and someone else using bluetooth got close to me the product would disconnect. It was a big disappointment.

    A little touchy since just bumping it will pause it, change a song, etc and its not super user friendly but they connect to my office fast.

    Does not work well in the water

    I could not get this device to function properly when swimming laps in the pool. The lack of actual buttons makes it very difficult and it's challenging to put it into 'water proof' mode.

    Terrible Product

    I was super excited to buy these, but unfortunately they're a complete waste of money. They constantly lose the Bluetooth connection, they're buggy while swimming and will just start switching songs or shut off completely, and they definitely aren't user friendly. I don't recommend at all.

    not easy to operate. picks up too much background noise to use for communication. Has hollow acoustics for two party conversation.

    The volume is hard to adjust! Not good on using for phone calls. Great sound, Light weight, Comfortable, Great price!!

    Work amazingly! These headphones connect right to my phone 9 times out of 10. Rarely, they will have a scratchy sound to them, but it disappears quickly. Sound quality is outstanding! It is sometimes difficult for the person for the person on the receiving end of a phone call to hear you speak.

    I got these for lap swimming and first impressions were great. The are light and comfortable and sound pretty good when the are seated in your ears well. But... when they pop out or if you need to take them out to adjust them and water gets in the buds then then the sound is muffled and it takes time to dry them off and get them seated in your ears again. Also the controls are too complicated. You have to remember the correct sequence and the number of taps it takes to changed the modes. Finally you cant set a playlist. It only has random play. Although it seems more sequential than random. Still annoying. But for something light and comforable with some practice it works.
