I bought this for my mother in law and she abso;utly loves them! She works on ponds "Queen of Ponds", she os always outside and near water so theses are great. She did say she has to speak up while on the phone but 90% of the time the person on the other line can hear her no problem.

Don't typically do reviews but ive tried tons of earbuds and this are by far the best ones. They stay in with no issues. They sound great. The battery life is phenomenal. Im using these with my fold 4 and my laptop. They even work great as gaming buds. I highly recommend to anyone who wants a good quality earbud.

I'm picky about my headphone sound quality for listening to music on long trips and at the gym. These JBL's sound great and stay snug in my ear during more vigorous activities. The active awareness mode lets you hear your surroundings well if you are outdoors biking or traveling on a plane, if you need to speak to someone and not remove your earphones. Call quality seems fine to me.

Such good earbuds, they don’t fall out of your ears, and it has a long battery life. JBL, in my perception, is a go-to choice for premium audio experience. Best Buy always have what I need

These stay in my ears and I like that secure feeling. The tap menu feature is a bit annoying, but the sound quality is good.

They sound good, connect easily, and most importantly stay in my ears. I'm still figuring out the tap controls and they are a little tricky to put on the ear but overall I am very happy with the purchase.

These earbuds are probably nearly the best on the market. They have one crucial flaw in that the ear piece is not round. As you move, they slightly giggle and let outside sound in. It also puts some pressure on the ear canal at the high sides of the oval. I have the smallest adapter on them and that did not help. Not sure which genius at JBL decided that the ear canal is now oval shaped. What a huge miss for such a great product. Every other aspect of them is spot on. They actually turn them off, unlike Beats which do not turn off unless they go back in the case. Power on and off is automatic and works great. No issues with connectivity to my I-Phone 11. The JBL was not necessary for usage. The touch buttons work great and are configurable though the JBL app. Very nice. Turning off the voice announcements though the app, is great feature too. IE. Power On, Connected, etc. I used them daily at my desk and three trips to the gym for my treadmill runs. I returned these after a week, only due to the in ear shape. If they fix this, I'll be first in line to get another pair. For the cost they are a great value but the ear shape comfort and letting the outside sound it a sucky miss on JBL's part.

These headphones are really good for the price. When you first get them you need to download the app in order to change the eq settings, otherwise they just sound really kind of flat. The headphones last such a long time I probably use them 3 to 4 hours a day at the gym and at work and I've yet to run the battery out, I also haven't had to charge the case for about a couple weeks. They stay in your ear really well so if you are running or doing something active they'll stay in. All around good headphones considering if you can buy them on sale (which I did) it's even better value

Sound quality is average overall. The fit on ear tends to fluctuate between okay to good when working out. If you're using these for exercise and have glasses, you probably will want to transition to contacts when exercising. Mine tend to not work at all for phone calls which is a bit of a bummer despite the connectivity. If you need a cheaper headphone to use while at the gym, I'd say this is a decent budget pair.

Excellent sound! A lot of various reviews state that these are bass-centric headphones. If you set your equalizer in the app, on your native phone EQ or whatever EQ you have, you can eliminate this entirely, all ranges are very clear and crisp. The ambient sound and hear through are great for when you need to hear outside them. The around-the-ear loops make them ultra stable bending over, looking up, running, etc. I tried the Apple Powerbeat Pro earbuds and these are just as good, only $59 cheaper and have more features including ambient and hear through. So far zero cons. Have used them working out, for YouTube and music going to sleep...awesome sound in all 3 scenarios.

These things are absolutely phenomenal. Compared to the Jlabs I had and a pair of Snap-On ear buds, those are nothing compared to these JBL Earbuds. These things will stay in place while working, at the gym, running,,etc..

They are very easy to pair and use with my Samsung phone and are comfortable to wear. The reason I'm not giving them 5 stars is that the Ambient sound is very tinny and overly amplified compared to other headsets and ear buds I've used.

I love headphone because in ear always hurts. My friend has been using this brand for sometime and loves will not buy no other but this. I decided to try and I must say everything negativity I had was the opposite. Love

Amazing headphones. Great sound and the battery last forever. Have had no problems with them falling out. Use them for runs and workouts everyday, they are great.

I love these. I love the fact that they wrap around my ears because when I had the iPods they kept falling out. I like that I can do my household tasks, shower and not worry about them falling out. Great noise cancellation also.
