I also feel the volume isn't loud enough, even with both headphones in. Otherwise, I love The convenience and ease of use.

We recommend using our JBL Headphones App to get the most out of your earbuds so you can also utilize the equalizer and other features through the app. Also, it doesn't have a Noise Cancelling feature as it was designed with Ambient Aware and TalkThru feature which keeps you alert to your surroundings. Works grest but earpieces are very stiff
