great gift for people who workout

He loves how it doesn’t fall off during workouts. It’s also noise cancelling and ambient noise control. He didn’t like the ambient feature, so he turned it off but it’s very customizable

I am disappointed in the sound quality. I use them riding the mountain bike, if windy they are not very good, too much wind noise. I downloaded the app to adjust settings, this helped, but they are worse sounding than my old bluetooth headphones from plantronics. Other reviews about it being difficult to know if its charging are accurate. Buds have to make contact in the case to charge, make sure you fit them back in fully.

I had them for a week before the right bud started ignoring touch commands. Then that continued off and on, recently the left ear bud stopped playing at full sound. You can't tell until compared to the right. If you press it firmly into your ear it will match but when you release the pressure the volume drops again. Also the right earbud randomly hangs up calls when no touch has been made.

We recommend doing a factory reset but if the issue remains, please contact JBL Customer Support so we can assist you. To reset, both earbuds should be on, and not charging, tap two times and hold the button on the third tap for more than 5 seconds. You need to 'forget' the headphones in Bluetooth settings on your phone/tablet in order to pair them again.

For our JBL Endurance Peak 3, we recommend cleaning the contact pins on the case and earbuds using a cotton swab with alcohol. These pins are sensitive to dust. Please ensure the pins are dried before placing them back on the case. If the issue still persists, please contact our customer support.
Not a big fan
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought these maybe 6 months. The right earbud will not pair anymore. I've tried to factory reset multiple times. I will just go back with overhead headphones. The sound quality wasn't the best either.
